What do users say?

I like Lightfield’s simple interface and how easy it is to work with. I don’t have to push people to use it or chase them to update things; everyone adopts it easily. I like that it pulls information from our communication channels and connected tools, including our product platforms, Posthog, Linear, and Notion, so we can bring in product usage and account health information without big changes or migrations. I can also create fields for the things we need to track and set up automations easily, which keeps admin to a minimum. The integrations are working perfectly. The team was flexible and helped us through the migration in a Slack channel, which made it easier to coordinate and helped us feel safe during a big change. Lightfield was extremely fast to set up, and our users adopted it quickly. Building opportunity stages and forecasting was easier than ever and improved communication between sales and marketing by giving us a common pipeline. I haven’t used the pipeline generation tools much yet, but they look extremely easy to set up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I’m missing the marketing functions I had in HubSpot. The migration could have been a little faster if the Lightfield team had worked more with HubSpot, and we had a little back and forth to make sure all the data from Agency was pulled in. But I am sure all these are now fixed as with every call the lightfield team is fast to learn and improve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

First CRM I've truly enjoyed using and makes me (and our team) better and more effective at sales. Could not imagine having to go back to using a legacy CRM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
CRM was launched less than a year ago (November, 2025) so naturally the features and functionality are not yet at parity with the legacy CRMs, and the partner/tech integration ecosystem isn't fully built out yet. But product team is shipping fast so this is not limiting the effectiveness of our sales organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that Lightfield is my AI CRM for managing all accounts, taking notes on my calls, and reasoning across deals, customers, and client communications. It is incredibly fast and reliable. I like that my whole team has access to a shared workspace where meetings, emails, and everything people do are attached, so it serves as one central hub with up-to-date account information. I can reference past deals and transfer knowledge across the organization very, very well. Lightfield is an exceptional AI reasoning partner: it gets history across accounts, pulls external information, synthesizes things I would not have picked up on, and understands interpersonal dynamics, relationship context, and work motivations. I use it as a tutor to become better in business and as a leader. The chat is truly my favorite feature because it can recall thousands and thousands of data points very, very quickly and reasons very well. I also like that it connects to our meetings, Google Calendar, workspaces, Notion, and literally any other tool we have. Getting set up took minutes and was very self-serve. I literally could not imagine a world without Lightfield. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish I could test features like automations, since those are in a different tier. I don't believe we're there quite yet in terms of needing that entire tier of the product (soon!), but would love to add on features. It would be great to test those features before committing to an entire tier because everything on Lightfield works so well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that Lightfield is our central repository for everything sales-related. I can use our conversation and email data as a reference, and it gets smarter and compounds over time. I can activate that data quickly and efficiently for case studies, onboarding guides, email campaigns, and proposals. The meeting recorder and email tracker consolidate our data in one place, so I can see what my sales reps are saying and step into an opportunity to help close if needed. I also find the agentic prospecting valuable because it fills our funnel smartly with qualified leads and meetings. It helps us create concrete proposals, stay on top of follow-ups, reengage people from past conversations, and close faster. I found it cheaper and more intuitive than HubSpot, and setup was very easy. I also integrated all my HubSpot data in barely any time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think Lightfield’s CRM records are just a simple Kanban board and rows. I wish they were a little more sophisticated and turnkey, automatically updating records based on conversations or email communications with prospects and customers. I’d like it to essentially do CRM management for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really like Lightfield’s product interface and that it’s AI native. It’s amazing for onboarding user automations, and it makes tracking data in the CRM and managing deals across the pipeline so much faster and seamless. I also really like all the different integrations and being able to talk to it via Slack. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish I had more ability to manipulate and edit fields and data. Right now, I can do a lot of that through the chat agent, but the CRM is still structured very much like normal CRMs. The data migration also took a bit of time because HubSpot and most CRMs make it hard to leave. I've been running founder-led sales at Wayo, and Lightfield is the first CRM I've used that's actually AI-native, I can just chat with it and it figures out enrichment, sourcing, tiering, owner assignment, all the tedious stuff, running automatically morning, noon, and evening. It's basically replaced what would've been a full-time SDR/RevOps hire for us. 100x better than any other "AI CRM" I've tried. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
NA. I constantly chat with the team on Slack, and they always resolve issues quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use Lightfield to keep campaigns on track so nothing gets lost in my inbox. It increases my communication with people I don’t speak with often and helps with the boring manual tasks, so I can focus on speaking with clients instead of structuring data all day. It’s intuitive and built to be a CRM. I like how quickly it grasps information, and I like its writing after it helps me figure things out. I also found the setup easier than getting off all the other platforms, and I recommend it all the time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It could automatically service opportunities, but I don't miss that. I just have to fill in something. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I manage my entire pipeline through chat on Lightfield, which makes it simple to keep everything in one place and stay on top of what needs to happen next. It helps me track progress without having to jump between different tools or threads. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Everything works well overall, but there are occasional tweaks that need to be made, things you tend to run into with most “chat” interfaces. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ability to vibe with both the configuration and the contents of your CRM, creating well-structured data so that AI and you can get the most out of the effort you put in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Playing fast catch-up with backfilling some standard CRM capabilities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
