I use this plugin frequently on dozens of clients sites and it has so many uses, from showing bios on team pages to additional info for so many other case, playing videos in a lightbox, and more. As someone who doesn't code but wants to do fancy things with a Squarespace site, this plugin is super easy to install and run on my site. I'm never worried about it not working.
