Licitaia Reviews & Product Details

LicitAI is procurement software that analyzes public tenders and turns each one into a documented go or no-go decision. The platform monitors public contracting portals, surfaces opportunities that match a company's declared profile, and reads the tender documents to extract solvency requirements, award criteria, deadlines, and grounds for exclusion. Each analysis returns a fit assessment based on the company's activity, capabilities, and track record, and every conclusion is linked to the paragraph of the tender document it was drawn from. Additional modules cover bid pipeline management, deadline tracking, price benchmarking against previous awards, and collaboration between the people preparing a submission.
