It's a great tool for managing user access, and overall, it reduces a lot of the headaches I used to deal with when managing permissions across multiple platforms. **What do you dislike about LexisNexis Visualfiles?** The implementation process wasn’t as smooth as I’d hoped, and getting everything set up took longer than anticipated. VF development is reasonably simple to pick up. **What do you dislike about LexisNexis Visualfiles?** I`m not entirely sure that the product moves with the times, I appreciate that technology changes can be rapid, but, for example, docx remains an issue for many users (templates) I think the product is moving in the right direction, but has stagnated over time and is playing catch up **Recommendations to others considering LexisNexis Visualfiles:** It is probably still the best solution out there, but the feeling remains that if someone gets this area "right" they will clean up in the market.
