The process of setting up new accounts and assigning roles is quick and efficient. The platform integrates fairly well with our existing systems, which streamlines things. I also like that Visualfiles offers a wide range of features, making it adaptable to different needs. It's a great tool for managing user access, and overall, it reduces a lot of the headaches I used to deal with when managing permissions across multiple platforms. The implementation process wasn’t as smooth as I’d hoped, and getting everything set up took longer than anticipated. There were some initial configuration issues, especially with syncing permissions across systems. The user interface, though functional, could be more intuitive—there are quite a few nested menus, which can slow me down when I'm troubleshooting or updating user permissions. The system is incredibly powerful and flexible, if you have a business process it is unlikely that you wont be able to use VF to streamline the efforts needed to complete the task. VF development is reasonably simple to pick up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I`m not entirely sure that the product moves with the times, I appreciate that technology changes can be rapid, but, for example, docx remains an issue for many users (templates)

So many things to be honest, We were using old Visualfiles version and we recently upgrade to VF-2014 and as the name I have expected big changes but its no where near there except they have changed the front screen.
