But at times that can be helpful as well to create the counter arguments. **What problems is LexisNexis Intelligent Investigator solving and how is that benefiting you?** Complex Litigation, like Mass Torts and Class Actions to find the appropiate case law to be able to be able to take the cases to a more beneficial venue for the clients to obtain a major benefit in their claims. ### 6. The user interface makes the most sense compared to WestLaw. It's probably a better value than similar products as it is very similar to WestLaw. **What do you dislike about LexisNexis Intelligent Investigator?** Places too many features behind paywalls. Most of this information is already available via google (state statutes). However, it is still less expensive than WestLaw. **Recommendations to others considering LexisNexis Intelligent Investigator:** Consider other less expensive alternatives first, but recognize that this is likely the best value if the free options elsewhere do not render sufficient results. **What problems is LexisNexis Intelligent Investigator solving and how is that benefiting you?** I haven't used this feature, but I did watch a tutorial on this feature and it would be helpful when finding persons for collection cases and other relevant information about opposing parties. ### 7.
