The best thing about LexisNexis Intelligent Investigator is that it makes it easier for me to determine whether the customer actually owns the information they have entered on their Remitly account. On the upsides, I can view the customer's previous address, which they are the only one who knows, which helps me confirm that they are the rightful owner of that personal information. Nothing much only on the phone number search as there isn't much personal information displayed on the customer´s details, lacks information if the client actually owns the phone number or whether it is only being used by another party. If we can manage to gather new data from a person or client in real time, it is so helpful, especially if a person gains a new phone number or moves to a different address and it appears in real time. Once the customer updates their online information, it will help those services using Lexies Nexis to ensure that the customer's new input data is real and we will avoid asking for proof of address or phone. and also it would be really helpful to us if we could update customer potential relatives or if customer job history is visible to LexiesNEXIE. We were able Find people in Lexis Nexis using SSN, LexID, First and Last name, Address and Date of Birth. Once you find a result of the person you're looking for you will see there the name, first 5 of SSN, date of birth, age, gender and AKA. Also you will see there the Address customer was able to use upto the current address same goes with the phone number. You will also see the listing name and if the number is wireless or not. There is also other Actions like Verification if Occupancy, LexisNexis Phone finder, Address Associates and Potential Relatives which can be use to see if the recipient is really connectected with the customer. There are times that we encounter error or the app provides a different answer than we expected. As a Risk Investigator, it is beneficial for us to use LexisNexis since we were able to see the previous addresses customer use in the past up to the current so we can compare it with the details they put on the account and so we can verify that the customer really lived on that address. Same goes with phone number. Also we can use the Potential relatives if customer is sending monet to new recipient or suspicous recipient but he is claiming that the recipient is his relative so we can use LexisNexis as a reference to support what the customer is claiming. Lexisnexis intelligent investigator brings an accurate data that helps us in our investigator. This platfrom is a user friendly and easy to use. The following features on Lexisnexis has a different parts depending on the information you are looking for. It has data that helps you to uncover hidden patterns and suspicious behavior from the account that we are reviewing. As a Risk investigator we frequently use it not just to fight fraud but to have a meaningful and accurate decision when we are mitigating fraud. LexisNexis is a very versatile tool that we use for risk investigation. Through out my career as a fraud protection specialist, I was able to mitigate potential identity theft of our customers with the use of this tool. Customer support is also very quick.
