On the upsides, I can view the customer's previous address, which they are the only one who knows, which helps me confirm that they are the rightful owner of that personal information. **What do you dislike about LexisNexis Intelligent Investigator?** Nothing much only on the phone number search as there isn't much personal information displayed on the customer´s details, lacks information if the client actually owns the phone number or whether it is only being used by another party. **What problems is LexisNexis Intelligent Investigator solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps the business lessen fraud activity that is happening on every customer´s account. If we can manage to gather new data from a person or client in real time, it is so helpful, especially if a person gains a new phone number or moves to a different address and it appears in real time. Once the customer updates their online information, it will help those services using Lexies Nexis to ensure that the customer's new input data is real and we will avoid asking for proof of address or phone. and also it would be really helpful to us if we could update customer potential relatives or if customer job history is visible to LexiesNEXIE. ### 6. Once you find a result of the person you're looking for, you will see there the name, first 5 of SSN, date of birth, age, gender, and AKA. Also, you will see there the address the customer was able to use up to the current address, same goes with the phone number. You will also see the listing name and if the number is wireless or not. There are also other actions like Verification of Occupancy, LexisNexis Phone Finder, Address Associates, and Potential Relatives which can be used to see if the recipient is really connected with the customer. **What do you dislike about LexisNexis Intelligent Investigator?** There are times that we encounter errors or the app provides a different answer than we expected. I experienced it when I searched for a customer and was unable to input the date of birth, it gave me several options with different SSNs. **What problems is LexisNexis Intelligent Investigator solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a Risk Investigator, it is beneficial for us to use LexisNexis since we can see the previous addresses customers used in the past up to the current, so we can compare it with the details they put on the account and verify that the customer really lived at that address. Also, we can use the Potential Relatives if a customer is sending money to a new or suspicious recipient but claims the recipient is a relative, so we can use LexisNexis as a reference to support what the customer is claiming. ### 7.
