We have been regularly supported in the configuration, for a quick integration into our teams (with Outlook 365). Letsignit offers pricing adapted to non-profit organizations, which is very appreciable and welcome. **What do you dislike about Letsignit?** It may happen that the add-in does not load when opening Outlook (but this issue is more likely related to Outlook), and the support teams are responsive in providing us with an answer or assisting us in case of a problem. **What problems is Letsignit solving and how is that benefiting you?** Letsignit allows us to easily create and manage email signatures, and saves us from having to train or remind employees. The current coverage is correct, but there are still some possibilities missing, notably endpoints dedicated to custom fields. French product. The support is quite responsive. Integration into Outlook via the add-in offers a lot of comfort for administration. The use of the add-in does not prevent using the outgoing SMTP for use cases where the add-in is not possible. Regarding the price, our ROI could be improved because we do not use all the features of the product. **What do you dislike about Letsignit?** nothing particular on this point, we had some unrelated signature issues some time ago but I haven't noticed the problem recently. **What problems is Letsignit solving and how is that benefiting you?** the product has allowed us to have uniform signatures for all employees and manage them centrally.
