"Finally happy with Lets after two other platforms"

What do you like best about Lets?

The software has a modern interface and is extremely easy to use. It has all necessary features but is not to clustered. The customer service is quick to respond. It is also the only platform that we used that has great volunteering opportunties and social days that you can take part in right away. The giving features allow our employees to decide to which charities we donate, not the top level management alone. The integrations and the continous help from my dedicated contact person got more people into volunteering within two months than our three-year efforts with two other american platforms before. What do you dislike about Lets?

As the platform is relatively new, sometimes you will encounter minor bugs. However, they are resolved in a timely manner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Lets solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a company with many employees we need to organize corporate volunteering on a bigger scale thus the need for a platform.

However, our goal is not only to have a software solution, but also a solution that provides the volunteering opportunities and the software which Lets does.

Before Lets we used two US platforms with which we were both not happy, as these platforms were not used by the employees as they were not providing a good user experience and had a major lack of attractive volunteering projects.

Lets is simplyfing the organization, management and reporting of our volunteering efforts which freed up the time of 2 FTE who were fully occupied with these tasks beforehand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Lets?

First, the platform provides opportunities to make a meaningful social impact through corporate volunteering and community engagement initiatives. This is fulfilling and rewarding for individuals (sense of purpose / personal growth) and organizations (making a positive impact / corporate social responsibility strategy) alike.

Second, lets creates a platform for collaboration and mutual support by connecting businesses, their employees and non-profit organizations with shared social and environmental goals. Moreover, it offers flexibility in terms of how ito get involved in volunteering activities as well as many features such as corporate giving, social day service etc.

Third, through lets, individuals and organizations can access resources, expertise, and best practices related to volunteering and social impact initiatives. "An interesting corporate volunteering platform"

What do you like best about Lets?

The guys behind Customer support are so helpful and easy to reach. The onboarding process is seamless and it is done by some great people behind Lets.

We enjoyed the demo then the onboarding process. Clarity behind the terms of use and the contract. We like working with Lets and the team behind.

The number of features and usefulness of the features are unquestionable, they got us covered.

What do you dislike about Lets?

What problems is Lets solving and how is that benefiting you?

The main thing solved by Lets platform is finding the right project for our organization as well as ability to create our own social weeks and projects with the help of Lets team itself.

The platform is easy to use, I like the experience using it. Features are handy and useful to create projects, edit and launch. Getting notified at time about volunteers joining in, in-app message and more is very helpful to stay in touch with participants.

It is quite user friendly the tab for finding new opportunities and project in your area to join in. The support of English is so essential and useful, you get the project description in multiple language is useful. In our organization we have embraced Let's and we will continue working closely with Let's as we have the privilege to require custom features for our specific usage and we get it. "Perfect platform to organize corporate volunteering and giving projects in the company"

What do you like best about Lets?

Let is very easy to implement and to use. The variety of projects offered is great. And if I want to upload my own company projects, the interface is straight forward and intuitiv.

The dashboard is great to track the companies achievements! With lets we were able to collect more than 1500 volunteering hours in the past 2 years! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Lets solving and how is that benefiting you?

Lets saves me a lot of time finding suitable volunteering projects for the employees. It is very easy to get a good overview and contact the NGOs that we want to help.

"Doing good quickly and easily"

What do you like best about Lets?

We have been using lets to plan our social events in the company for several years now. This tool definitely helps us overcome the first hurdles and questions about where we can get involved in the area and where help is needed. My colleagues and I regularly go to the Münchner Tafel food bank, help at the Gnadenhof or spend afternoons at a retirement home. Doing good with just a few clicks.
