LegalMatch does not charge you to post your legal questions. The only fees you pay are what the attorney quotes you if you decide to engage them. The platform is easy to use and detailed in its structure. A client listing is posted immediately to all attorneys in that LM network, and most people receive attorney feedback within minutes. For the attorney, I appreciate that LM does not try to get involved with my brand, my engagement, my fees, or any other aspect of my practice other than client gathering. I use it regularly throughout the day, and LM is essential to my campaign/workflow management. LegalMatch has provided me with some of my favorite clients and people over the years, and it serves as a solid way for people to connect with attorneys that suit their needs and personality. I know that if I don't secure a client, it's either because I did not do my job well or we were simply not a good fit for each other. On the service side of what LM provides me, their customer support is incredible, they are constantly improving their structures and innovative integrations, and they follow up with my leads consistently when needed. **What do you dislike about LegalMatch?** I wouldn't call this comment a dislike or disadvantage, just a constructive critique: LM has an app for its attorneys, but I find it has a few issues with certain layers/functions and use the browser version primarily. However, I'm sure the LM team will continue to improve the app as they do every other element of their company. **What problems is LegalMatch solving and how is that benefiting you?** LegalMatch has met the question of how to handle advancements in artifical intelligence with caution, logic, and practicality. After polling its attorneys and getting our feedback, LM incorporated certain AI elements in client listings, but what benefits me specifically is that LM still allows me to read all original language to ensure I know the client's perspective and not the AI glaze that is often applied. ### 2. I am able to receive referrals from possible clients in need of my legal services. **What do you dislike about LegalMatch?** Sometimes those referrals aren't good cases. Not all cases are good cases, which should be expected with a referral service. **What problems is LegalMatch solving and how is that benefiting you?** LegalMatch does a great job of initially vetting possible clients. That process saves me and my staff a lot of time. ### 3. Good service to have lead generation. Opportunity to speak to a lot of clients who you know need legal help and have shown an interest. Additionally, you can read about their case and financial situation before ever calling them. This saves a lot of time in the front end and ultimately can save the attorney lots of billable hours. **What do you dislike about LegalMatch?** The worst thing about the service is many people think that the service is free so when you quote an attorney's rate they do not want to use you. In addition, many of the clients cannot afford an attorney. Thus, many people that you speak with need an attorney but cannot pay for one. **Recommendations to others considering LegalMatch:** Good way to gain experience and slightly grow your practice. Need other avenues for lead generation. **What problems is LegalMatch solving and how is that benefiting you?** Attorney have problems with lead generation. This solves the problem of clients looking for attorneys and the attorneys to find clients in need of their expertise. ### 4. Although several referrals appear per month, most of them don’t pan out, and those that do, are getting hounded by 10 others looking to beat you to the punch. **What problems is LegalMatch solving and how is that benefiting you?** Find referrals in a specific general county, within a specific field of law. Attempts to provide a very narrow sector of clients. ### 5. The leads were infrequent in nature and seemed redundant. **Recommendations to others considering LegalMatch:** My recommendation is to not use this software, there are other vendors out there with viable leads that will get you the clientele that your firm wants. **What problems is LegalMatch solving and how is that benefiting you?** The business problems my firm was solving was getting new leads, in turn, generating clients with viable personal injury cases. ### 6. We have retained some incredible corporate clients across various areas of commercial practice through Legalmatch.com **What do you dislike about LegalMatch?** There are some leads that come through from spammers, but few and far between, and unfortunately, unless the attorney receiving the leads reports them, they will continue periodically to post new spam leads for their own marketing services through legalmatch.com as if they were true leads of people looking for commercial attorneys. **Recommendations to others considering LegalMatch:** Considering the vast options of online leads available to attorneys to set up relationships with potential clients, Legalmatch.com stands in front in my experience with mostly consistent good leads, not the garbage that you generally see from lead gen companies for potential clients for legal matters.
