The only complaint (small one) is that the onboarding cards keep coming up everytime I open the dashboard. I don't know how to permanently disable them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We've been using Legal Esign for several years now, and it has completely transformed the way we handle document signing. Legalesign is a great software, easy to use with different options to suit specific business needs. Constant developments mean the product is is improving and additional functions are added.

It has streamlined and sped up the process of signing contracts which we use daily.

Marco Chisari was excellent at teaching us on how to best set up and utilise the programme. He was always available to answer any questions and was very patient and extremely supportive throughout the process.

Some functions like searching for archived documents can be a bit tricky sometimes but I know the team is already working on improving it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The platform was starting to look a little dated and there was a slightly odd workaround required for approvers who were dating documents but not signing them (you had to add a signature box, but remember to select "approver" which made it disappear). However, the new version of the platform recent released is much more modern and offers a far better user experience. The approver issue has been sorted out too. It not necessary a dislike , but It would be lovely if the ability to send and individual PDF for signature can be arranged without saving it as template (just a simple signature filed drag at the end of the file just before sending it to signer)

Before going ahead we did quite a bit of research and comparing e-signature companies, particularly between legal e-sign and DocuSign. There were a few reasons we went with legal e-sign but i would have to say the biggest thing was the amount of help, care and attention that we received from Zayed. We sent our first documents out this week, i sent numerous questions to him and he responded promptly and was extremely helpful. Only slight confusion was over different versions for bulk sending however once you've got your head around it it's fine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's a full-featured tool, with all of the capabilities that you'd expect of a category leader like Docusign, but at a much lower cost. We've increasingly integrated direct links into aspects of our commercial flows: they work well and once you've got them set up (which can be fiddly) they're highly usable. The UI design is quirky. That makes it slightly harder to roll-out to others in my team than a more conventionally designed tool. A good example (not the only one) is that in a number of places you need to -double- click buttons to commit an action within the web app. It's not insurmountable, but it it is eccentric and unconventional. Legalesign is the perfect solution for sending contracts for our charity. We received a very warm welcome via a Teams meeting and Marco was incredibly helpful in helping us to tailor our contracts to meet the needs of our service users. We send contracts on a daily basis and have recently switched to Legalesign from another well-known provider (who we found to be very expensive and lacking in immediate support). Hats off to the Legalesign team for getting their customer support spot on! The interface is clear (and customisable) and the processes involved in sending documents are easy to implement. Any questions we have had have been answered in a very timely manner by the team and Marco particularly has been brilliant with regard to this. As a registered charity in England, it is nice to find a UK solution to sending out our contracts. Finally, as a charity, pricing is paramount for us - Legalesign is extremely competetive on price and much more affordable to us; I doubt they could be beaten on price.
