He was always available to answer any questions and was very patient and extremely supportive throughout the process. However, the new version of the platform recent released is much more modern and offers a far better user experience. There were a few reasons we went with legal e-sign but i would have to say the biggest thing was the amount of help, care and attention that we received from Zayed. We sent our first documents out this week, i sent numerous questions to him and he responded promptly and was extremely helpful. Even following up after they were sent to make sure everything went to plan which it did. **What do you dislike about Legalesign?** Only slight confusion was over different versions for bulk sending however once you've got your head around it it's fine. **What problems is Legalesign solving and how is that benefiting you?** Helping us hit our sustainability targets by reducing the use of paper and the need to post. ### 10. We've increasingly integrated direct links into aspects of our commercial flows: they work well and once you've got them set up (which can be fiddly) they're highly usable. I can also commend the customer service who are responsive when I've needed them. **What do you dislike about Legalesign?** The UI design is quirky. That makes it slightly harder to roll-out to others in my team than a more conventionally designed tool. A good example (not the only one) is that in a number of places you need to -double- click buttons to commit an action within the web app. It's not insurmountable, but it it is eccentric and unconventional. **What problems is Legalesign solving and how is that benefiting you?** E-signature for routine commercials, and marketing / distribution deals. ### 11. We received a very warm welcome via a Teams meeting and Marco was incredibly helpful in helping us to tailor our contracts to meet the needs of our service users. We send contracts on a daily basis and have recently switched to Legalesign from another well-known provider (who we found to be very expensive and lacking in immediate support). Hats off to the Legalesign team for getting their customer support spot on! The interface is clear (and customisable) and the processes involved in sending documents are easy to implement. Any questions we have had have been answered in a very timely manner by the team and Marco particularly has been brilliant with regard to this. As a registered charity in England, it is nice to find a UK solution to sending out our contracts. Finally, as a charity, pricing is paramount for us - Legalesign is extremely competetive on price and much more affordable to us; I doubt they could be beaten on price. Overall, we are having a very positive experience and I wish we had found Legalesign sooner than we did. **What do you dislike about Legalesign?** There is actually nothing we dislike! We looked at other providers but they seemed very expensive for the volume of documents we would need to have signed. It was really easy to use and allowed me to customise the client email and add my logo. I found the support availble from Nicolas Morris to be excellent. We arranged a Teams call so he could show me some of the more advanced functions. I think customer support is also amazing and the guys on support and our account manager really know their stuff and have helped enormously in getting our service running tip top. they have also added features which I had mentioned would be a nice to have and are always updating the service to improve it. we use it all the time for or online apply service and found integrating it with our processes very simple. I should also add that you can customise the signer experience on what the service calls teams (like a pot of where you keep your forms for a particular service or part of your business) sort of branding it with logos and text and many teams with different signer experiences. **What do you dislike about Legalesign?** These are not really a dislike more of a it would be a bonus for us if it were available. Fixed forms links have a limited number of signers you can apply to the form where as if you craft a form manually you can add many signers, we could do benefit from the CSV export of form fields having an option to export all fields completed but as I say this is just a nice to have preferable feature for us and does not mean the CSV form data export does not work or provide the info required. **What problems is Legalesign solving and how is that benefiting you?** it allows us to run our online apply service forms via a fixed URL where customers can goto a webpage and complete a form as and when they require. ### 25. However, this review is mainly about customer service and the company response to our requirements around accessibility. They quickly listened to our concern, appreciated the impact on us (and possibily other customers) and made the change as quickly as possible. The customer service response what extremely good and the led on the change and testing. They kept us in the loop and pushed the change forward including sending us reminders to do things. Our contact Nicholas was fantastic and basically project managed the change and acted as the interface between us and presumably the technical leads. **What do you dislike about Legalesign?** When signing, the document 'completes' immediately after adding your signature. Ideally there should be a simple step allowing you to confirm signature is correct. We've had people attach photos in error as their signature and it didn't give them opportunity to change this. A minor point but thats the only thing I could think of! I'm never keen on reviews that insist you put something in a dislike as it oftens makes a minor issue seem bigger than it is. **What problems is Legalesign solving and how is that benefiting you?** the signing of documents including those where we sign as a simple contract or as a deed.
