Key use cases Customer support automation Leezy.ai answers recurring customer questions using the company’s trained content. When the AI cannot answer confidently, it can trigger a configurable fallback, open a support ticket, or hand off the conversation to a human. Lead qualification The lead qualification agent asks structured questions inside the chat, scores the lead, and forwards the result to a CRM, Zapier, webhook, or internal workflow. Meeting booking The meeting booking agent connects to Google Calendar or Microsoft 365, checks availability, and books appointments directly inside the conversation.
