Leezy.ai is an AI agent for company websites. Each chatbot is trained on the company's
existing content — help pages, PDFs, knowledge base, product documentation — and answers
customer questions in chat. When a conversation goes beyond an answer, the chatbot takes
action: qualifies the lead, opens a support ticket, books a meeting, or hands off to a
human.
Three built-in agents
- Lead qualification. Asks BANT-style questions inside the chat, scores the lead, and
forwards it to a CRM or to Zapier.
- Support tickets. Resolves recurring questions from the trained content. When it cannot,
it opens a ticket with the full chat thread attached, so a human picks up where the agent
left off.
- Meeting booking. Connects to Google Calendar or Microsoft 365, checks availability, and
books a slot inside the conversation.
Each agent runs on its own action quota, counted separately from message volume. Test runs
in the playground do not consume quota.
Integrations
- Zapier. Conversation events — chat started, ticket opened, lead captured, meeting booked
— fire into Zapier and forward to 7,000+ apps without code.
- Slack. Live handoff notifications and team alerts when a ticket is escalated or a lead is
captured.
- WhatsApp. Chatbots can run inside WhatsApp Business through the Meta integration.
- Webhooks. Custom event delivery for routing conversations into internal systems.
- CSV export. Every conversation can be exported on demand or on a schedule.
- Google Calendar / Microsoft 365. For the meeting-booking agent.
Where the chatbot lives
- JavaScript widget on any website (iframe-based).
- WordPress plugin for one-click installation.
- Inside WhatsApp.
- REST API for custom front-ends.
Pricing
- Free: 100 messages per month, 15 AI agent actions per month, no credit card required.
- Starter: 75 AI agent actions per month.
- Pro: 300 AI agent actions per month.
- Business: 1,500 AI agent actions per month.
A conversation exchange counts as two messages (one user message, one reply). Agent actions
are counted separately, so a support chat that ends in a ticket consumes one action
regardless of how many messages it took.
Workspace and team
One account owns one workspace. A workspace can run multiple chatbots, hold multiple team
members (owner, admin, member roles), and share one subscription. Data is isolated between
workspaces.
Languages
Dashboard and chatbot replies in English and German.
Data
Chat data is stored in the EU.
What Leezy.ai is not
It does not replace a CRM or a help-desk. It connects to those systems and writes into
them. Answers stay within the trained content; outside that scope, the chatbot returns a
configurable fallback rather than guessing.
