## About LedgerOS
LedgerOS Practice is practice management software for small and mid-sized tax and accounting firms. It replaces the stack most firms stitch together, including practice management, e-signature, research, comp-study and document tools, with one platform at one price per user. Firms use LedgerOS to: Run every engagement from a pipeline, with templates, recurring work and status tracking Give clients a branded portal on the firm's own subdomain for uploads, signing, messages and payments Collect documents with automated requests and reminders, while a desktop agent files incoming documents to the right client automatically Send engagement letters and forms for e-signature with knowledge-based authentication (KBA) Bill clients, take card and ACH payments, lock deliverables until paid, and sync to QuickBooks Online Manage client email in a shared inbox and send bulk email with no caps Research tax questions against IRS and other .gov sources, with answers cited to the source Build documented reasonable-compensation studies for S corporation owners from current BLS wage data Meet with clients over built-in video meetings and booking links, and send certified mail from the app Pricing is $129 per user per month with every module included. There are no add-on modules, no per-client fees and no annual contract. Firms can start a 14-day free trial with no credit card, and LedgerOS migrates client data from other platforms for free. LedgerOS was founded by a CPA and is independently owned. It is built for firms that want modern software without private-equity pricing.
