I love how Leasecake simplifies lease management with its user-friendly interface. The ability to download all lease data with just a click is incredibly convenient and saves so much time. 1. Changes are not updated from browser to mobile app.

2. Wifi access in different places comes with certain glitches. For example, if I am working off another wifi that is not my own, sometimes certain tabs do not populate: Events, contacts, etc.

3. There should be a way to back up all the files and information by clicking one button and doing a bulk download.

4. It would be good to be able to quickly save down all files and information organized in a coherent manner every 6 months for archiving/governance.

5. Rental increase date should be identified under Lease tab.

It's easy to navigate and if I don't know where something is, I ask the chat bot, or easily email the support email address and I usually get a response pretty quickly. Leasecake solved several pain points we were experiencing across our organization for the different areas that touched leases or real estate deals. - You cannot back up the data from the dashboard (i.e. can't download all files every couple of months), there should be a button you press and it downloads all files and data in a coherent way so you can save down to your drive

- You should be able add a financial section with revenue, occupancy, ebitda, etc.. in an excel format

- I think a few things should have been a given that they are part of abstraction (and the team argued it was not), e.g. is the lease auto renew or not, adding % of rent, entity name, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not sure if it's a bad thing really. If I had to pick something, it's faster than I am sometimes and doesn't let me finish what I am typing before it starts searching for a lease.
