The Customer Service Manager is very attentive, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. The Lease Accelerator is a user friendly tool that gets updated to ensure the latest compliance per regulation of ASC 842. What problems is LeaseAccelerator solving and how is that benefiting you?

Lease Accelerator is a great software that helps keep track of all of the leases in one place instead of having to use an excel spreadsheet or update new requirements per FASB. Lease Accelerator has a great team that continues to stay updated with new laws, provides customers with training, and alerts us when changes occur in Lease Accelerator software. What do you like best about LeaseAccelerator?

Continue lease education supports - they have webinars and instructor-led classes to help customers better understand lease accounting. Also, whenever we have questions, no matter how small, like which button to click in the system interface to delete a lease or how big, such as the explanation of the journal entry generated in the system, they always come back with solutions on a timely basis. What problems is LeaseAccelerator solving and how is that benefiting you?

We need a lease software that can provide a fast and reliable path to ASC 842 and IFRS 16 due to the reporting requirements in the different countries. After we utilize the LeaseAccelerator system, it is easy to run the ledger report by choosing a different set of books whenever needed once the leases are uploaded to the system. Lease Accelerator has a wide range of customizable reports that makes exporting and sharing data easy. They also ask for customer input when planning future updates, which enables the software to fit to our needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1. The interface is user friendly

2. We appreciate that they are constantly improving the different functionalities.

It's not that I really dislike it but this is somehow our cause of concern. There are instances when some of the records before the deployment is affected whenever there are new deployments. We also have an open ticket to the LA Support team, which is currently open for 26 months and is not yet resolved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
