What do you like best about LeaseAccelerator?

Ability to bulk import leases (including modifications/reassessments) via Excel templates which saves time, various customizable reporting templates (BYOR), continuous improvements to platform/user interface while considering inputs and feedback from user. Dashboards are also pretty useful and the local Australian support team (for implementation and on-going customer management) is great! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LeaseAccelerator?

User interface isn't very intuitive especially when making changes via the GUI itself. As a US-based company, most release update sessions are held based on US Eastern Time, which is not great for Australian customers as there are no local sessions. Technical team is based in the US so any technical issues will also be dealt with based on US times. Change proposals are based on a 'popularity contest' via a community forum (Ideas Exchange). What do you like best about LeaseAccelerator?

LeaseAccelerator makes it very simple to track all of the leases we have throughout the country and internationally. Allocating each lease to a specific location makes the end-of-month reconciliation process smooth and digestible. Reporting is spot on and makes it easy for our auditors to track. What do you dislike about LeaseAccelerator?

There isn't much not to like currently. Most of our initial issues were solved in time by various updates in the system. I think we would like some additional customization to some reports but understand the limitations with the system currently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Understand the learning curve for adopting this software. There are plenty of guides and videos after setup to get you going. After that, this system is a breeze. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is LeaseAccelerator solving and how is that benefiting you?

Lease activity is in one location, and a change in lease specifics is easy to identify in our reconciliation process. There is less room for error in recording leases, and upper management can easily interpret the lease portfolio to make the necessary decisions for their location. What do you like best about LeaseAccelerator?

LeaseAccelerator quickly processes any data. Lease accounting for new leases and their modifications for IFRS16 and ASC 842 is available just after upload and classification. Bulk import feature is really great and userfriendly. LedgerExport report is the best report which includes all necessary information which improves everyday work. What do you dislike about LeaseAccelerator?

The support team is not always helpful. When there is an issue with the accounting or the reports with incorrect data, it may take a lot of time to get any update from the support team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

LeaseAccelerator doesn't allow you to modify reporting fields. However, you can hide/remove unnecessary columns once exporting to excel. I would also like to see a better user interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Well-designed SaaS platform, which continues to improve over time. Centralized location for entire lease portfolio that provides notifications as needed for renewals, returns, disposals, etc. Disclosure reports are available with the click of a button. All leasing activity is now housed in one platform. Cost savings are realized by avoiding leases inadvertently rolling into an evergreen (m-t-m) status. Audit compliance is much less time consuming.
