What do you like best about LeaseAccelerator?

My favorite part of lease accelerator is how fast it is to perform close due to the speed of processing leases as well as easy to use bulk import features and an easy to follow user guide with keyword search. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LeaseAccelerator?

I dislike how the standard reports contain tens of thousands of lines and that we need to have formulas that will parse the data to put it in a more usable crosstable view. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is LeaseAccelerator solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our old lease accounting tool had a myriad of issues, including very unhelpful support that would take a while to answer queries, leases would break so the accounting would not work, and there was a very long processing time per lease. All of these are not issues with Lease Accelerator Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LeaseAccelerator?

It provides an efficient solution for a company to record lease assets and generate common accounting entries. It's helpful in the tracking of events that happened to a lease in the life cycle and has a clear clue for audit purposes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LeaseAccelerator?

The system is not intelligent enough to record complicated cases and perform accounting correctly. It does not contain or accept the various status and events that may happen to a lease in its lifecycle. Another dislike is the unknown issues that always occur without any predictability whenever the system release. It's hard for users to check the accounting accuracy and make manual adjustments when the data is enormous. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"LAS is a system for processing leasing but it's still an imperfect system and needs to be improved"

What do you like best about LeaseAccelerator?

The web interface is very clear. Nothing else. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LeaseAccelerator?

The system is not smart enough, all the lease records need to be added to the system manually; There is no clear guidance provided to users, especially for complex cases, such as modification, re-classification, etc. The system is unstable and can't generate accounting properly sometimes, and also lots of adjusting entries every month.
