What do you like best about LeaseAccelerator?

The team that works at LeaseAccelerator is fabulous. We have had plenty of support from trainings to IT help. Our questions have been answered in a timely fashion and any one off questions are quickly addressed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LeaseAccelerator?

The date math used in journal entries is often frustrating. There are a few reports that we have not found solutions for. The rollforward report is not user friendly and often one that our auditors would like. What do you like best about LeaseAccelerator?

The most helpful aspects of Lease Accelerator are the lease accounting functions. The utilization of automated entries and subledgers for reconciliations assists Accounting departments in month end close. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LeaseAccelerator?

The biggest improvement for Lease Accelerator would be system/processing times. Although the system assists with less manual effort, the overall loading times and recalculation periods can result in less necessary waiting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LeaseAccelerator?

What do you dislike about LeaseAccelerator?

The complexity of the system. Not very user friendly. I think the support is good, our CSM maybe doesn't have the technical expertise, but is always willing to help and find the answer. Our CSM is always available. The system is just not very user friendly. We find that entering and managing deals is a hurdle rather than a preference, in terms of whether we should enter small/all deals or not. I find myself answering more how to use this system questions, rather than on the leases themselves. I would like to suggest less ways to perform a task - for instance adjusting the payment on a deal. There are many ways to do it, and most don't post all the way through the deal because there are different steps for different adjustment methods/type of deals. If there were more uniform ways of making changes, then I feel the system would be more user-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LeaseAccelerator?

It is a software that will produce everything for you as long as you get the correct information imported. It is also easy to work with and troubleshoot through. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LeaseAccelerator?

LeaseAccelerator is the only software I have worked with so I have nothing to compare it to. I haven't run into any issues that are not fixable. Maybe the only thing is not having the capability to import leases where we are the landlord. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
