LeanSite Reviews & Product Details

LeanSite is an AI-powered facilities management platform built for multi-location organizations, serving restaurants, fitness, healthcare, banking, education, and nonprofit organizations. Unlike traditional CMMS software that only records work orders after the fact, LeanSite combines Vera, LeanSite's AI assistant, with Work Orders, Asset Management, Vendor Management, Budget Tracking, Compliance, Preventive Maintenance, Service Requests, Analytics, and Managed Services in a single platform. The goal is to automate facilities operations rather than simply digitize them. Vera triages incoming service requests, routes work orders to the right vendor or technician, and flags budget items approaching their not-to-exceed threshold, removing manual coordination steps that typically fall to a facilities manager or operations lead. Core capabilities include: Work order automation: requests are created, assigned, and tracked automatically, with status updates consolidated into one dashboard instead of scattered emails or spreadsheets. Vendor management: vendors are matched, dispatched, and monitored across locations, so the right service provider is engaged for each job without manual outreach. Preventive maintenance: scheduled maintenance is tracked against asset history to reduce unplanned downtime and equipment failure. Budget and NTE tracking: spend is tracked against not-to-exceed limits by location, giving facilities and finance teams visibility before costs are approved rather than after. Compliance tracking: inspection schedules, certifications, and regulatory requirements are tracked by location and flagged before they lapse. Centralized analytics: performance data across locations is reported in one place, so facilities directors can compare sites and identify where costs or downtime are highest. Organizations use LeanSite to reduce the administrative time spent coordinating maintenance across locations, so facilities teams can spend more time on the buildings themselves rather than the paperwork behind them.
