LeadTruffle is an AI-first lead capture platform designed for home service businesses. We handle leads from website form submissions, missed calls, AI voice calls, and third-party lead sources (Yelp, Thumbtack, Angi, Google LSA), using AI to qualify leads via text messaging, email, and voice conversations. We specialize in US & Canada based home services companies. Our primary features include website texting widgets, missed-call text back AI conversations, AI voice call answering, a unified conversations inbox, and a lead workflow kanban board. We use AI tools (GPT-5.2) to process information from conversations and qualify leads. The platform includes client management, scheduling tools, comprehensive analytics, and integrations with popular CRMs. We also support franchises and agencies via our dedicated agency portal, lead routing system, and white-labeling options. LeadTruffle additionally offers a Zapier-powered Yelp lead chatbot that replies inside Yelp messaging threads, captures temporary phone/email data, and syncs those conversations straight into our CRM workflow.

**What do you like best about LeadTruffle?**

It's a process, but once everything is set up it tracks and saves all info coming from the advertising I am using. This is very important for the simple fact I want to see what is working the best. I also like where it follows up on a lead 3 to 4 times if there is no response from the first initial inquiry. Just that part alone has given me 2 more customers I would not have had!

**What do you dislike about LeadTruffle?**

There are no dislikes. It's a new process that takes time to set up and running smoothly. Worth every penny!

**What problems is LeadTruffle solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By far the best benefit is it's freeing up my time to where it handles a lot of parts to my business such as, advertising and taking inbound calls on certain leads, where itables me to focus on other things.

**What do you like best about LeadTruffle?**

I use LeadTruffle for speed to lead in my home services business, which helps us qualify and book leads on autopilot, saving us time compared to before when it took too long to reply. I love the team's responsiveness and helpfulness, and the software's ease of use due to its simple interface. The initial setup was very easy, and I appreciate the month-to-month contract terms, cost-effectiveness, and usability. I also integrate LeadTruffle with other tools like our CRM (Jobber) and Zapier.

There are a lot of features that can be hard to stay on top of, so much to use in it.
