Over the last few hours, it has handled multiple chats expertly. The estimates have been accurate, it has tried to upsell when it made sense, and it even pivoted to a cheaper package when a lead pushed back on price. Overall, it’s been very impressive. It’s clearly been a better experience than other options we’ve tried, and I wanted to share some kudos. Competitive pricing and a superior product. Feels more than worth it thus far. Not having to respond to leads in the middle of the night or on a weekends is a life saver. **What do you dislike about LeadTruffle?** Nothing to dislike so far. The interface is the best I’ve seen to date, and the Human Escalation feature is exactly what we needed—something many competitors still seem to be lacking. **What problems is LeadTruffle solving and how is that benefiting you?** We’re getting faster lead-time responses through Yelp, and we now have an AI Virtual Assistant on our website that helps answer questions and provide basic pricing. ### 2. Speed to lead. LeadTruffle has increased our speed to lead tremendously, what took 10-15 min is now seconds. Their support is top notch and they walk you through everything. Have had no issues or bugs with the program. **What do you dislike about LeadTruffle?** Off the top of my head at this moment, there is nothing that I dislike about LeadTruffle. Their pricing is fair and provides a good ROI. They have a ton of integrations. Their AI is smart and doesn't hallucinate. And the UI/UX is simple and easy to follow. **What problems is LeadTruffle solving and how is that benefiting you?** Speed to lead. The AI systems covers every message, phone call, missed call, Local Service Ad, Meta Ad, Google Ad and gets back to the customer within 6 seconds. That is the problem they're solving. ### 3. This is very important for the simple fact I want to see what is working the best. I also like where it follows up on a lead 3 to 4 times if there is no response from the first initial inquiry. It's a new process that takes time to set up and running smoothly.
