It's a process, but once everything is set up it tracks and saves all info coming from the advertising I am using. This is very important for the simple fact I want to see what is working the best. I also like where it follows up on a lead 3 to 4 times if there is no response from the first initial inquiry. Just that part alone has given me 2 more customers I would not have had!
