The tool was going through substantial changes at the time I was initially using it. They immediately issued me a refund, and the CEO offered to onboard me personally. I will update my review again after rertrying the product. I am very hopeful that the tool fulfills the potential it has. The company's pro-active and very responsive actions to my initial comments has been very impressive. **What do you dislike about Leadpipe?** To be determined after further use. I have been using it for over 6 months and I find the quality and the quantity of the information is fantastic. I have also tested a number of other ID tools and have found Leadpipe to out perform the others on quantity and quality of leads. I am in the system daily and easy to use. Has a ton of great features and dashboard to give a quick snapshot. Highighly reccomend Leadpipe to all and the service George and the team provide is fantastic. **What do you dislike about Leadpipe?** There is nothing a dislike about Leadpipe. In fact, it is almost always different. Then you are going after big companies like Google, Disney, Netflix and you have no idea who to reach out to and end up reaching out to 20 different people. Or you get lucky to know that Disney has been on your website, but you don't know who. I was kinda lost. But Leadpipe shows me EXACTLY who has visited the website and by being picky with the highest quality ones, you can be 90% sure that you'll get a response on your outreach. This is the future! Reaching out to the right person at the right time. **What do you dislike about Leadpipe?** The only room for improvement for Leadpipe is enhancing the filters option to only show visitors that meet certain industry and website behaviour criteria. **What problems is Leadpipe solving and how is that benefiting you?** Being effective with our outreach. At my company, we use it for multiple purposes, including business development. However, not the entire company know about Leadpipe other than the core teams, so for example, my consultatng team always asks for emails for the potential experts we want to invite for the interviews. I'm able to get that information for them in under 5 mins. They say I have a special skill for email searching but really it's just leadpipe :) **What do you dislike about Leadpipe?** Nothing so far, it has worked super well for me **What problems is Leadpipe solving and how is that benefiting you?** Getting in touch with relevant people within target companies in a short time. Cold email outreach, expert search, etc. When we look for people, we usually go on LinkedIn but most of the times they don't have their email on the profile and they don't respond to us or connect back to allow sending a longer message.
