**What do you like best about Leading Edge Consulting?**

Dom and Chris made everything so easy and seamless. From intro call to handover, they were extremely communicative, met all deadlines we agreed to and were easy to get a hold of if something came up.

**What do you dislike about Leading Edge Consulting?**

There is really nothing I dislike about the team at LEC.

**Recommendations to others considering Leading Edge Consulting:**

I wholeheartedly would reccomend Leading Edge Consulting to anyone. They price their services extremely fairly, are easy to communiocate with, and demonstrated that they wanted us to succeed. Run, do not walk, to hire thesee folks!

**What problems is Leading Edge Consulting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our business has so many different potential caveauts and items to consider for our staff when trying to serve B2C customers. LEC developed a comprehensive AI chatbot for our business that gives our sales team all the information they would need to be sucuessful in the field. They used a myriad of different methods for feeding the AI with scenarios and best practices from inside our business to shape how our outside salespeople give information to customers. They also set us up with solutions to have the AI chatbot continue to learn from new information provided to it on new techniques, products and procedures.

**What do you like best about Leading Edge Consulting?**

They truly care about not only our business, but us as people. They went above and beyond what was scoped in our contract in an effort to help us succeed. The robustness of the data they collect and the analysis was awesome. They were super responsive, and we learned a ton about modern sales strategy and how to build technology that works for a variety of needs.

**What do you dislike about Leading Edge Consulting?**

We had some trouble reaching specific markets due to the data quality that was available. Not their fault, but definitely set us back a bit at the beginning.

**Recommendations to others considering Leading Edge Consulting:**

Know what results you want and if you don't know where to start, make sure you communicate that. Their team will help you. Overall, we had a great experience working with them on our first project together and we will be engaging them again in the future.

**What problems is Leading Edge Consulting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As much as we are experts in selling our services in our field (Human Resource Solutions), we're not experts at how to combine that specific industry knowledge with the modern technology solutions that exist in the sales landscape today. The Leading Edge Consulting team sat with our team, learned our business and the problems we solve and then built solutions that helped us to find, engage and have better success with our leads. For example, they built us a dynamic system to find companies who has been steadily growing were hiring for several positions without an HR leader on staff and then built AI-enhanced research on those companies to use in our outreach and on our calls. Just watching them work opened up a whole new world of possibilities for our business that I'm excited to take into the future.

We were in different time zones so we had a smaller working window for internal meetings (though that’s not their fault)

**Recommendations to others considering Leading Edge Consulting:**

Can’t recommend working with them enough.They are at the edge of AI sales strategy and had a clear grasp of the technology tools available in the market and how to best apply them. If you’re looking to modernize your sales process to a new (and sometimes scary) post-AI world, they are the shortcut you’ve been looking for.

**What problems is Leading Edge Consulting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

s a small team, we were looking to maximize the exposure for our product without a large lift that our team wasn’t capable of doing manually. The Leading Edge team helped us use artificial intelligence in the right way so we could achieve our goal. Specifically, they completely automated our outreach approach while overhauling prospect research and call prep in a way that saved us significant time.

It'd be nice to seemlessly "turn on" and "turn off" the service, as, early on, they create the problem of too much demand :)

**What problems is Leading Edge Consulting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Leading Edge helped a new initiative of my business generate dependable traffic. Each week, like magic, potential customers show up on my calendar. They're thoughtful about *who* needs to see our product and then dillegent at doing the work to get me and them in the room together. 

They've built systems and have know-how that would be silly to create/learn in-house.

The team at Leading Edge was extremely effective in securing calls with high value prospects based on thorough research and tailoring of the outbound messaging to each prospect.

**What do you dislike about Leading Edge Consulting?**

There is nothing I didn't like! If there were improvements needed, I requested them and changes or tweaks were implemented immediately.

Reaching decision makers in the healthcare industry who are hard to reach and require very personalized outreach.
