I think Leadership connect does a great job at tracking opportunities in RFIs/ RFPs as well as having executives labeled for public sector organizations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Being able to get correct contact information, career background, and in some cases even an org chart has been highly effective in figuring out who the decision makers are. There are no suggestions or recommendations of other users inside the platform—thus, it is challenging to know how informative someone is with co-workers.
