Amdocs conducted training's on their latest CRM version to bring us up to speed on the product capabilities

**What do you like best about Amdocs?**

Their product documentation is really good

**What do you dislike about Amdocs?**

Not marketed enough, they seems to have lost track of their installbase and are loosing business to salesforce

**Recommendations to others considering Amdocs:**

Good underrated product

**What problems is Amdocs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Amdocs CRM used to be our product of choice for the contact center business which is rapidly being replaced with servicemax
