Leaders Rising Network Reviews & Provider Details

Leaders Rising Network is a leadership and culture development agency that helps growing organizations create bigger futures and build thriving cultures by developing leaders worth following. WHY ORGANIZATIONS COME TO US Growth creates a leadership gap in the middle. The people who built the company get promoted into roles nobody prepared them for. The culture that worked at 80 employees starts breaking quietly at 300. Senior leaders retire and take twenty years of judgment with them. Most organizations answer this with an event: a workshop, a speaker, an offsite. Three weeks later, behavior is back to normal and the gap is still there. Training doesn't build leaders. Systems do. Leaders Rising Network works with organizations that have decided to stop hoping their leaders will develop and start building a deliberate way to develop them. Your business won't grow faster than your people, and the ceiling of your organization is set by the development level of its leaders. WHAT LEADERS RISING NETWORK DOES Leaders Rising Network diagnoses where leadership and culture are breaking down inside an organization, then installs what keeps developing leaders after the engagement ends: shared language, consistent rhythms, proven tools, and internal champions who carry the work forward. The approach creates clarity at three levels: Self Clarity: knowing your leadership voice, your tendencies, and your impact on the people around you. Team Clarity: shared language, understood roles, and communication norms that hold under pressure. Organizational Clarity: alignment on goals, systems, culture, and direction. Your leaders are the ones who change; Leaders Rising Network equips them and then gets out of the way. WHO IT IS FOR CEOs, COOs, CHROs, VPs of People and Culture, and business owners at growing organizations, typically 100 to 500+ employees and $10M to $100M+ in revenue. Leaders Rising Network also works inside Fortune 500 companies, usually beginning at the department or division level. The organizations that fit best are in growth, facing leadership pipeline strain, succession pressure, or culture instability, and are looking for a partner rather than a purchase. INDUSTRIES SERVED Primary: manufacturing, construction and AEC, financial services and banking. Also serving: nonprofits, healthcare, higher education, K-12 education, pharma, technology, state government, and faith-based organizations. THE NEXT HORIZON PATHWAY Every engagement answers three questions: Where are you going, How will you get there, and Who will take you there. That pathway runs in four stages. Stage 1: Develop leaders worth following. Raise self-awareness, build influence, and unlock top talent. Programs: Next Level Leaders, Executive Coaching. Stage 2: Build thriving teams that deliver. Shift behaviors, improve collaboration, and multiply engagement. Programs: Next Level Teams, Team Performance Accelerator. Stage 3: Clarify the way forward. Align the organization around goals, people, rhythms, and systems using the [ORG] ID operating system. Programs: Leader Academy, Leadership Pathways. Stage 4: Make it sustainable. Build the internal capacity that outlasts the engagement. Programs: Culture Academy, Catalyst Certification, Enterprise Partnership. PROGRAMS Next Level Leaders: six-month program that develops self-awareness, leadership voice, and influence. Leaders finish able to lead with confidence and clarity. Offered as a public multi-company cohort three times a year and as an internal program. Next Level Teams: six-month program that builds team health across multiple teams. Every voice is heard, and honest conversations become the norm. Offered as a public cohort and as an internal program. LRN360: Leaders Rising Network's 360-degree feedback assessment framed around one question that leaders rarely get an honest answer to: what is it like to be on the other side of you? Keynote Speaking: signature talks for conferences, association events, and leadership summits. HIGH-TECH AND HIGH-TOUCH Online learning and platforms provides the digital infrastructure: asynchronous learning, team dashboards, assessment data, and visibility into return on the investment. Leaders Rising Network coaches and facilitators provide the human depth: CORE groups, one-to-one coaching, and live workshops. Neither one alone is the product. Together they are. Every solution meets one standard: simple, scalable, and sustainable. HOW ENGAGEMENTS BEGIN Most relationships start with a conversation, then a People Development GPS: a structured diagnostic session that maps where an organization actually is against where its leaders think it is. The GPS produces a picture of the gaps before anyone talks about a program. You can't fix what you can't see. From there the pathway is built for the organization, not pulled off a shelf. Engagements typically run six to twelve months, with enterprise partnerships extending across multiple years. WHAT LEADERS RISING NETWORK DOES NOT DO One-time events and standalone workshops. Someone else's program delivered under a different name. Information handed over with no infrastructure to apply it. Information doesn't create transformation. Execution does. MEASUREMENT Most culture work never puts a number on what poor culture is costing the business. Leaders Rising Network builds toward measuring it: team health data, performance benchmarks, and organizational dashboards, so leadership investment shows up as something a CFO can look at. You can't fix what you haven't priced.
