Throughout each session, I try to stay connected with participants, encourage conversation, and make meetings feel more interactive rather than one-way. The pricing is very affordable compared to other products, which also makes it easy to get approved through procurement. I also appreciate the event-based pricing option for conferences. ### 2. Customer service is also 10/10. Always responds within an hour, is very kind and quick to help. **What do you dislike about Leaderboarded?** Excited to see any future updates with the embedment into web pages and how it could potentially look cleaner on a sharepoint page. It looks great currently, but potential to look even more modern. **What problems is Leaderboarded solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have a problem of needing a live scoreboard and leaderboard helps us with that. It really helped me to stay updated by watching the work quantity of others.
