Unfortunately, their integration is very complicated. Nothing is good on this platform at all and on top. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
They do not respond to your inquiries and the platform does not work. We added the pixel inside GTM and no data was recorded. We tested them in April 2022 and 2 months later cancelled. However, they continued to charge our American Express and even until now they continued to charge us $29 per month for the whole year. I've ask Amex to block them and stop their charges.
They are not located in the US and their phone number on the website does not work.
