I do like the reporting tools. The new UI is very nice. The fact that it can distribute leads at scale and have different filtration systems like dedupers and phone scoring is great. Bulk actions when it comes to the buyer settings are a bit of a hassle. If I want to change the price of a lead or adjust settings for a specific campaign, I can't do it all at once.
