The sentiment-based routing feature is the standout aspect of HearBack. Customers who provide positive feedback can be directed to public review platforms such as Google, Yelp, Facebook, Trustpilot, while customers with less positive experience are guided to a private feedback form. This creates a structured process for gathering reviews and customer input without adding extra work to our team.

The routing process depends on customers completing the initial feedback step.

Before using HearBack, customer feedback was scattered and difficult to organize. The platform provides a clear path for collecting public reviews from satisfied customers while also capturing private feedback from those who had concerns. The automated review request system is the feature that delivers the most value for us. being able to reach customers through SMS, email, and QR codes removes the need for manual follow-ups and makes the review process more convenient. It provides multiple ways for customer to respond, Which helps ensure feedback requests are consistently delivered.

There is little to dislike about the automation workflow itself.

Manually asking customers for reviews was time-consuming and inconsistent. HearBack automates the process, ensuring review requests are sent regularly without additional effort from our staff. This has helped us maintain a steady flow of customer feedback while saving valuable time.

Would like to see more advanced analytics and reporting options

The automated review requests, are my favorite feature. Being able to send review invitations through SMS. email and QR codes helps simplify customer outreach

The multi-location support is currently geared toward between with a limited number of locations.

Heaback eliminates the need of manually follow up with customers for reviews. The platform helps generate more public reviews from satisfied customers while giving dissatisfied customers a direct feedback channel.
