It feels like a real competitive advantage. **What do you dislike about LawSHIFT?** I don't have any major complaints. If anything, I'd love to see even more educational resources and examples as the platform continues to grow. **Recommendations to others considering LawSHIFT:** Don't wait until everyone else catches on. A lot of legal marketing blurs together — everyone promising more leads and better SEO. LawSHIFT actually named a real problem most firms hadn't put their finger on, the pre-intake window, and built around serving the injured person there first rather than just funneling them into a form. That focus shows up in how they operate, too. The messaging is direct and the strategy is easy to follow, which makes it simple to understand what you're actually getting and why it matters. **What do you dislike about LawSHIFT?** The least helpful part for some will be the pricing model. A lot of firms are used to paying per lead because it makes planning and budgeting predictable — you know what you're getting for each dollar. LawSHIFT pushes back on that, arguing the pay-per-lead model is part of what created the industry's problems in the first place, and that a flat fee usually serves firms better. I think that's largely right, but the trade-off is that new deal flow can be less consistent month to month, which takes some getting used to if you're accustomed to the steadier rhythm of buying leads. **Recommendations to others considering LawSHIFT:** If you're considering LawSHIFT, the main thing to understand is that they're not a marketing agency.
