**What do you like best about Language IO?**

They were very flexible with file delivery, providing translations for our Zendesk content as well as Markdown files that fit our proprietary processes, and they delivered everything ahead of schedule. I was impressed by the quality of the work, especially given how quickly it was turned around.

**What do you dislike about Language IO?**

The pricing wasn’t as clear as we would have liked. In the end, the way the pricing and billing were structured led us to overshoot our budget.

**What problems is Language IO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Like many companies, we’ve had to rethink how we allocate employees and hours, which led to a significant reduction in our budget for in-house translation services. LanguageIO stepped in to help close our localization gap, freeing our teams to focus on other priorities.

**What do you like best about Language IO?**

The article translation UI in Salesforce is simple and easy to use.

The email translation component is clear, with high-quality and instant translations.

The chat translation quality is also excellent across most of the languages we support. So far, we haven't received any complaints from customers saying they didn’t understand our support agents. Although our agents only speak English, we still serve customers who speak other languages, such as those in Nordic countries. Thanks to Language I/O, this has been seamless.

Additionally, Language I/O's support service is very responsive, and they resolve issues promptly and effectively.

**What do you dislike about Language IO?**

Occasionally, the Article Translation app disconnects, requiring us to reauthenticate.

Additionally, their IP address has changed a couple of times without prior notification. This caused the Article Translation app to stop working until we troubleshot the issue ourselves and discovered the IP change, allowing us to update our whitelist and restore functionality.

In the future, it would be helpful to receive advance notification of any IP changes or other modifications that could impact the Article Translation app. This way, we can adjust our settings proactively to ensure uninterrupted service.

**What problems is Language IO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We provide support services in several languages, although our agents do not speak all of them. Even in one of our support centers where agents only speak English, we are still able to serve customers who speak other languages, including those from Nordic countries. 

Additionally, when one of our centers is overloaded with chat requests, some chats are routed to other support centers where agents may not speak the language of the customer. With Language I/O, communication is automatically translated into the languages that both the agent and customer speak and understand, ensuring seamless service.

**What do you like best about Language IO?**

Language I/O is easy to use. We use it for chat translation, and our chats are translated automatically. Our representatives don’t need to adjust settings or select languages for translation. We can also add additional languages and unique terms as needed. In the future, we plan to use more features, such as email translation. Matthew has been great about staying in contact with us throughout the process and making sure our questions are addressed.

**What do you dislike about Language IO?**

Billing was a little challenging at first as we had to become familiar with their credit terminology and rates.

**What problems is Language IO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One representative can translate into multiple languages. We no longer need to have representations for each language that we support.

Quick response in translation and multiple language support, and also easy for version upgradation and installation. Due to its quick response, it is more easier for customer support agents to give quick resolution. Language Io is easiest to use and also very easy to setup and integrate with enterprise orgs.

Their client services team is very helpful and receptive to feedback and working towards solutions, even for complex integrations. The software itself works well, and most of our customers report that the translations are effective in communication. It was easy to implement overall, and we used it frequently with all of our clients that could not communicate in English.

**What do you dislike about Language IO?**

Unfortunately, some languages (e.g. Japanese, Mandarin, etc.) are not translated effectively and often mix up formalities. These languages, in particular, have been reported by clients to be unprofessional and especially impact technical discussions when supporting those clients.

Translation with most clients who cannot communicate in English. Integrates with CRM ticketing tools for easy access and functionality.

Empowering our agents with digital multi-language support (including localization) within their familiar desktop environment is effortless with Language I/O. Its simplicity stems from direct integration with standard Salesforce objects and a user-friendly Chrome plugin for broader application across non-standard objects.

I haven't found anything to dislike about this product so far. However, the integration of Google SSO would be a great addition.

**What do you like best about Language IO?**

I've worked in technical support for over two years. I've been using LanguageIO the entire time; I couldn't imagine working a support job without it. I love that it provides us with options to retranslate with an alternative translation engine; anyone who has at least tried learning a second language knows that language is filled with nuance. No two languages have a 1:1 translation ratio, so it's nice that LanguageIO understands that nuance and bakes it into the product. From the QBRs I've attended, it's also clear that LanguageIO as a company is very data-driven, which adds a sense of security for me. If LanguageIO has a new feature, I know it's something that has been researched/tested; it's not something that they'll rush out for the sake of being novel.

I like the browser extension, I just wish there was a keyboard shortcut I could use to open it.

We're a global company, but our reps only speak English and Spanish. Without LangIO, we wouldn't be able to conduct support as well as we do.

It was easy to implement, and most importantly to note their responsive support for adding new languages or translating in bulk projects. it is easy to implement in our workflow and it's easy to use for our agents. I would specially recommend this if you need help with support to asian languages or other markets outside of the western market.

I think it might be the credits method with translations, we have lots of in house support in terms of translations so we didn't face any limits but I can imagine that if are relying heavily on LIO for translations you would need to discuss your business needs with the team at LIO.

Support of many foreign languages that other tools out there might not have the solution for in the accuracy needed with our customer's support

I really like the fact that Language I/O integrates into Salesforce, so it really answers all of our translation needs. Very easy to use. We use it to translate emails and messaging sessions, as well as knowledge articles. The Support is also very quick and efficient. Highly recommend!

The credit system for billing is a little challenging to understand and follow. Our initial estimation for how much credits we will need was inaccurate, so we will probably need to purchase additional credits on top of our subscription plan.

Language I/O is solving for us the need to hire reps who speaks languages other than English. It is very cost-effective for us, as we can hire people globally without worrying about their language knowledge.

**What do you like best about Language IO?**

The ease with how it integrates with SF CCC (Customer Care Center) Console. Not only that but also the UI is so seamless with SalesForce (SF) UI that there is almost next to zero onboarding required for the CCC agents. The implementation be it in sandbox environment or production environment is pretty easy and straight forward. Our agents love to use it regularly. The customer support team of LIO is best taking care of all the requirements going above and beyond supporting their customers setting them up for success.

There is not really a great deal about not liking the tool, definitely as the industry progress on GenAI and AI overall would like to continue to see the support for the this technologies in LanguageIO Tools

LIO was brought in to help our CCC team cater the needs of our diverse customers removing the barrier of language so that even our expter CCC agents can help our customers even though they might not be speaking the same language.

I love the ease of use. We use this for our contact center and the agents love it. Minimal training needed and it sits inside of our SFDC console. Any questions are answered within one day, which is unheard of these days.

Maybe simplified billing like words instead of credits, but that is about it.

**What do you like best about Language IO?**

It just works. When we made the switch from RingCentral Contact Center to Service Cloud Voice, there were many growing pains that had to be overcome. Yet, none of those concerned Language I/O, that did exactly what it was supposed to do.

**What do you dislike about Language IO?**

As with any AI solution, there are times when the output comes across as machine generated, as opposed to a native speaker. These are seldom, but customer feedback has stated they can discern the structure or tone isn't a real human.

**What problems is Language IO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our Customer Support Agents based in Americas, Africa, and UK all primarily speak English only. It has been increasingly difficult to find candidates that are multilingual. 

As our customer base, in the 10's of thousands, use our product around the world the need to provide interactive support to them in their preferred language is key to our business.

This tool is excellent especially because it is easy to use and install and do the first configuration. I like the integration with Salesforce and it gives us good flexibility, saves time in translations and increase collaboration. It is a good software.

Need better Salesforce email to case translation. There were some issues encountred during our trial where 2 or more langauges require manual selection of text and translation.

LIO is helping us translate multiple EMEA and APAC language customers through email and chat. Real time Chat translation has been one of the key benefits we have realized where the customers can chose to chat with us in thier native language without even realizing that they are speaking with  non native speakers. **What do you like best about Language IO?**

What sets Language I/O apart is their digital-first, human customer-first-and-foremost approach to working together with us. We are a larger company that takes near full advantage of all the tools LIO offers to enterprise customers. Still, knowing Viviana and Heather, I have to believe that even their start-up clients get white-glove service. I appreciate how quickly they adapt to change, and how eager they are to collaborate with other vendors we have. It's how LIO intertwines tech solutions with a human-approach that I hold in such high regard.

**What do you dislike about Language IO?**

From where I sit in my organization, there has not an issue that Viviana and her team has not resolved or found another viable solution for. I feel valued as a customer, that my opinion matters, and that LIO is not afraid to prioritize or re-prioritize new tech solutions based on short-term customer needs, longer-term goals and just general feedback.

**What problems is Language IO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LIO is the service and technology bundle that allows us to reach hundreds of thousands of customers in their first language, whether we're communicating formally through our help center or personally through our English-speaking agents. We need a solution for immediate translation in a score of languages and an expert rendering that relays the tone and voice of our public-facing support content. I see this in the rendering of content for the non-English languages I speak, but I also appreciate their QA efforts. LIO is not afraid to call out where they can improve when it comes to the notoriously difficult languages to translate.

I want to mention that I have often witnessed LIO solving problems we had as an organization but were unable to articulate yet. That type of customer experience has us hooked.

Lastly, though I have a front-row seat to the value show, I am not in the pricing conversations, so I must answer N/A for that question.

**What do you like best about Language IO?**

Language I/O works pretty well with what we already got goin' on, giving us real-time translations into other languages which is crucial since we work all over the world.  It seems to understand the technical lingo in our industry, which cuts down on stuff getting lost in translation.  The API is fast so there aren't big delays in our workflows and  being able to customize the dictionaries for cloud terms helps keep things consistent when dealing with complex stuff.  And the tool learning and improving from corrections we make helps the team work more efficiently over time.

**What do you dislike about Language IO?**

It took a good bit to get it integrated in a way that really fits our needs.  There are still times when it misses the mark on niche or highly technical language.

**What problems is Language IO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By tearing down language barriers, Language I/O makes working with international folks smoother.  It takes care of translating technical issues accurately so we can respond to incidents faster.  That leads to higher satisfaction from clients and helps us keep quality high when managing cloud infrastructure.

Language I/O perfectly suitable to be installed on our system and has better implementation than our previous solution. Integration with Zendesk is smooth and it can read all the support email and translate email from other language. Easy operation and fast real-time result is what I like best with this platform.

1. Overall onboarding was easy.  Their team set up a call to add the needed fields, create the accounts, etc. and we were up and running.
2. Job submission for our Zendesk Help Center is simple.  Additionally, submitting jobs via ppt and excel are simple as well.
3. Have lots of language options and are able to cover translation for our global business needs.

1. Getting the initital languages toggled on took some back and forth.
2. Content blocks are tricky to build into this process.

I have had the privilege of being involved in steering team progress, and facilitating our sprint cycles with Language I/O’s Conversational Translation Tools. Integration with Salesforce went smoothly and enabled us to offer our support capabilities in the Service Cloud. The responsiveness of this tool is something that stands out; it’s like having a translator integrated into our workflow that almost renders language barriers non-existent.

Nonetheless, chatbot integration learning curve was slightly steeper than anticipated. At first, some users found it hard to use, signalling our usability needs improvement.

From the first call and demo to every interaction afterwards with their staff, they have been incredibly responsive.   Not that you really need to reach out to them often because the product is super easy to set up on Salesforce (wish I could say the same for other apps) and simply just works like they demo'ed.  Training the staff to use was simple and most of all, our customers appreciate that they can speak in their native tongue so nothing gets lost in translation :)

**What do you dislike about Language IO?**

Not much to the point that I dislike the product to not recommend to anyone looking for an efficient way to service international customers without hiring an implementation team or hiring foreign language agents which can be costly.

The efficient, practical, and cost-effective service, coupled with flexible pricing, has been complemented by the professionalism and solution-driven approach of the Language I/O team. 
It's ideal for a globalizing company, aiding quick onboarding and language support, enabling scalability without additional hiring, and offering around 150 language pair translations, including machine and live translation services.

Suggestion: Create a glossary for contextual, company/industry-specific terms to ensure accurate translations across all languages.

**What do you dislike about Language IO?**

For us, so far, all works well. 

However, it was communicated to us that certain less commonly used language pairs might experience reduced accuracy in machine translations, potentially sounding a bit mechanical. The positive aspect is that the underlying engine is continually learning and evolving.

The most important thing to me is the accuracy of the translation, we found that Language IO had the best matches for our language pairings. The fact they use different engines for different pairings helps.

I'm not a fan of the agent UI, it's a bit outdated and takes up valuable real estate in the widget section.  I would like to see the option to have the translation tool integrate with the main conversation thread.

A more contextually accurate translation would be "Obrigado por entrar em contato conosco," meaning "Thank you for contacting us." The tool is easy to intergrate into Salesforce and allows us to communicate easily with our customers in France and Germany. The accuracy of the translation helps us to maintain high customer satisfaction and clear communication. It is a cost effective solution for our team!

We have found that there are some oddities with capitlisation of certain words and the odd translation bug but these do not affect overall performance and the team are quick to assist through the support portal.
