## About LanePilot
LanePilot is an LTL transportation and warehouse management system for small and mid-sized shippers, with one job above all others: getting back the money that billing errors on your freight invoices quietly take from you. If you move your own freight and do not have a dedicated traffic department, LanePilot puts the rate tools, the shipping workflow, and the invoice-recovery engine in a single platform. Every carrier invoice is checked automatically against the quote the shipment was booked at. When the bill does not match, whether it is a reclassification, an accessorial you never agreed to, or a rate that drifted, LanePilot flags it and drafts a complete, ready-to-file dispute letter with the supporting detail already pulled together. You send it, and you keep every dollar you recover. LanePilot takes no percentage and never sits between you and your carrier, because it is software you own rather than a recovery service that bills for results. On the shipping side, quote a load in plain language against your own connected carrier accounts, compare the options on price, transit time, and your own lane history, then book it and generate the Bill of Lading. Track every shipment through to delivery from the same screen, without logging into a different carrier portal for each account. Inbound freight is treated the same way. Receive against the purchase order at your dock, record anything that shows up over, short, or damaged, and turn that exception directly into a vendor chargeback, so the losses on what you receive get recovered alongside the losses on what you ship. For teams that run a warehouse, LanePilot's warehouse module adds dock receiving, bin locations and put-away, purchase orders, inventory and cycle counts, vendor scorecards and chargebacks, and a visual warehouse map. It comes with a free 37-day trial and then starts at $79 a month, and it can be added to any plan, including the free one. LanePilot is free to start and needs no credit card. The free plan includes 5 quote credits and 7 invoice audits each month, tracked on two separate meters.
