LanePilot is the LTL freight TMS for small and mid-size shippers: manufacturers, distributors and wholesalers who move freight without a dedicated freight team or an enterprise TMS budget. It runs the whole outbound job in one place. Compare live rates on your own connected carrier accounts, book the shipment, generate the Bill of Lading, schedule the pickup, and track it through to delivery. Contracts, lanes, carrier scorecards and claims live in the same system, so nothing gets re-keyed between carrier portals and spreadsheets. What sets it apart is what happens after delivery. LanePilot automatically audits every carrier invoice against the original quote and your contracted rates, flagging reweighs, reclassifications, unauthorized accessorials and fuel or rate mismatches. When it finds a discrepancy it drafts a ready-to-file dispute letter with the supporting detail already assembled. You file it with the carrier yourself and keep everything you recover.
