LancerWise Reviews & Product Details

LancerWise is where freelancers run the business side of their work — without stitching together five separate tools. It combines a client CRM, professional invoicing, AI contract and proposal generation, time tracking, and a branded client portal in one place. The AI does the parts that usually eat your evening: it drafts a contract from a one-line project description, writes the first version of a proposal, flags risky clauses before you sign, and answers plain-English questions about your own revenue. It's built for freelancers who work with clients anywhere. You can invoice in 16 currencies, so a designer in Warsaw billing a client in New York doesn't have to fight the tool. On payments, LancerWise takes a 0% platform fee: you add your own Stripe or PayPal link to invoices, clients pay you directly, and LancerWise never processes the payment or sits between you and your money. The free plan covers up to 2 active clients with unlimited invoices — enough to run two real engagements before you pay anything. Pro is $15/month for unlimited clients plus the full set of AI tools. Who it's for: solo freelancers and small studios in design, development, writing, marketing, consulting, and other client services who want one calm workspace instead of a spreadsheet, a separate invoicing app, a contract template, and a timer.
