With just a few clicks and it's ready to use. I find it easy to find a rider for my parcel delivery. The UI and UX are super user-friendly, thus giving me a smooth experience overall. Sometimes, the live GPS tracking view doesn't work or takes some time to respond, giving a delayed update of the rider's location even with a decent internet connection.
