They also give you an update form time to time until the package arrived even in the App can also tracked. The App is very user-friendly and easy to update the password in case I forgot. **What do you dislike about Lalamove?** What I dislike about Lalamove I think it consumed a huge space to my phone or sometimes my phone got logged or freezing the screen and I need to start my phone. However, I thought this is normal to my phone because the capacity of my phone is very low and hopefully I can upgrade my phone without worrying the space and Lalamove will remain to my phone as my App. **What problems is Lalamove solving and how is that benefiting you?** Lalamove is solving a problem in a way that I don't need to hand it carry specially in a long distance area from my home. In addition, with using Lalamove, I can also do a lot of things from my home while Lalamove is handling my stuff to deliver to my doorstep. ### 2. I find it easy to find a rider for my parcel delivery. The UI and UX are super user-friendly, thus giving me a smooth experience overall. They must have a thorough process for hiring a rider as they are all friendly and approachable, making me trust my items to them. **What do you dislike about Lalamove?** Sometimes, the live GPS tracking view doesn't work or takes some time to respond, giving a delayed update of the rider's location even with a decent internet connection. Overall my experience was pretty great. **What problems is Lalamove solving and how is that benefiting you?** That would be the easy transportation of my items to deliver to buyers quickly without leaving my place and save some time to serve my customers online, gaining more income in the long run. ### 4. You just need to add your address and your recipient's address and in some minutes a delivery person will arrive to your location. **What do you dislike about Lalamove?** The UI needs some love. It's pretty clunky when you are trying to use the app's map. Sometimes there are not enough drivers in your area. Finally, coverage is restricted to major cities. **What problems is Lalamove solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's cheaper than other delivery solutions and they are specially focused on delivery, which makes it more reliable than the competition. It's much more cheaper and efficient than using DHL or UPS. ### 8. I can also rate drivers based on their performance. **What do you dislike about Lalamove?** Booking a rider can take some time, especially when sending bulky items. Due to the scarcity of drivers, you might have to add a priority fee or a tip to get your requests on top of the queue. **What problems is Lalamove solving and how is that benefiting you?** Lalamove solves the problem of finding a quick courier, especially when the recipient badly needs the item.
