What problems is Label Your Data solving and how is that benefiting you?
We initially tried building an in-house team for data labeling for our upcoming NLP model but quickly realized it wasn’t a scalable solution. The high turnover rate among annotators and the cost of expansion were major issues. We then recognized that hiring an established team would be more cost-effective, as they specialize in similar projects and have extensive labeling expertise.
One of our key goals was to reach 2 million annotated rows of data per month. We sent sample data to well-known vendors and evaluated the results. Label Your Data stood out as the most impressive. They were the first to process the sample during our pilot and achieved 100% accuracy after a brief call to clarify our requirements.
