The current design feels very basic and minimal, and it would be great if it could be made more visually appealing and creative, especially since it represents our brand in front of the client. They always reply quickly and promptly. They understand the query and advice specific steps with guided videos and links. Any specific technical queries are also dealt with accurately. **What do you dislike about Kwikpic?** Not much. However once in a rare while the client is unable to signup/login via the email/phone and selfie. It could be client error or reluctance too. Couple of times a guest has said they can't see all their photos via the private link. Again it could be a client issue. Don't know for sure. **What problems is Kwikpic solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before kwikpic we used to deliver our photos on Google Drive. And that was a nightmare for the non tech savvy clients. Kwikpic has lightening fast load times of photos at the clients' end. Facial recognition makes it better. It's the icing on the cake. Clients feel reassured when they hear we will deliver the photos on kwikpic. They have started to recognise and appreciate this software. ### 3.
