Kuldip and team walked us through a very thorough training on the back end and it was easy to understand once you got a hang of what settings impacted the end-user experience. Ease of use from an administration stand-point is very important when you have a bunch of other applications to absorb and maintain. **What do you dislike about Kugamon?** The only downside of the application is that due to one of our business cases needing flexibility in payment terms/cycles, it required custom development that accommodated the need. But other than that, Kugamon really thought of everything! **Recommendations to others considering Kugamon:** Working directly with Kuldip and team to build Kugamon was key for the installation, setup, training and advisory services. The supports made us feel more confident in what we are rolling out to program staff who needs it to work seamlessly for customers and themselves. **What problems is Kugamon solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are solving for a very manual tuition collection process that requires in-person payments by creating a virtual environment to not only securely collect payments, but also streamlining the order and invoice process from beginning to end. We love that the integration with PayPal is as easy as 1-2-3. Because of this, we are also planning to roll out Kugamon for room and equipment rentals for one of our programs. ### 2. We will have a system that generates receipts tracks payments and payments that are owed. **Recommendations to others considering Kugamon:** Have your business processes mapped out and defined before you enter implementation. We were able to get all the data that we wanted / needed out of the system. **What do you dislike about Kugamon?** it is only as good as the person managing it. Great software but you really need to know your stuff to be able to get the data you need. **Recommendations to others considering Kugamon:** Make it a little more user friendly possibly for initial setup. A little more intuitive possible. **What problems is Kugamon solving and how is that benefiting you?** Renewals and billing have become much easier to manage and easier to process. ### 6. External sales were hard to manage as well as sales that were outside the CRM. **What problems is Kugamon solving and how is that benefiting you?** We previously used Kugamon as our primary payment processor through our Salesforce CRM.
