"Super User Friendly Application & Stellar Customer Support"

What do you like best about Kugamon?

As a Salesforce administrator who does not know how to code, this application gives great point-and-click solutions to solving for our tuition payment process. Kuldip and team walked us through a very thorough training on the back end and it was easy to understand once you got a hang of what settings impacted the end-user experience. Ease of use from an administration stand-point is very important when you have a bunch of other applications to absorb and maintain. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kugamon?

The only downside of the application is that due to one of our business cases needing flexibility in payment terms/cycles, it required custom development that accommodated the need. But other than that, Kugamon really thought of everything! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Working directly with Kuldip and team to build Kugamon was key for the installation, setup, training and advisory services. What problems is Kugamon solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are solving for a very manual tuition collection process that requires in-person payments by creating a virtual environment to not only securely collect payments, but also streamlining the order and invoice process from beginning to end. We love that the integration with PayPal is as easy as 1-2-3. Because of this, we are also planning to roll out Kugamon for room and equipment rentals for one of our programs. What do you like best about Kugamon?

- easy to use

- turn key salesforce integration

- price almost outweighs the manual data entry and processing

Recommendations to others considering Kugamon:

Evaluate all options and ensure that you will only be doing business from within sales force. External sales were hard to manage as well as sales that were outside the CRM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We previously used Kugamon as our primary payment processor through our Salesforce CRM. It allowed us to have an integrated payment processor that eliminated the need to import contacts and manually send invoices and submit payments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
