**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kevin K. | Director, TA, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I really appreciate the TONS of options Kudos offers for redeeming rewards. There is literally something for everyone, which is huge for our global team with many different interests. This variety allows us to customize our rewards. The initial setup of Kudos was VERY easy.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

It takes a lot of points to redeem good items like high value gift cards or Apple products.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Kudos to enhance employee engagement and offset lower salaries. The variety of redemption options means there's something for everyone on our global team.

  ### 2. Ideal for Recognition among Peers

**Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I like that Kudos is a way to recognize my colleagues for the contributions we make on a professional level. Also, it helps me recognize professional actions that contribute to our personal growth. Furthermore, since I am from the systems area, the initial setup was easy for me.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

I think there should be a few more options on how to reward or how to better choose what prizes to give to colleagues or rewards.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kudos allows me to buy things that come out at the moment and helps to recognize professional actions that contribute to our personal growth.

  ### 3. A Rewarding Way to Earn Recognition

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I like having the ability to earn something as a form of recognition.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

I’d like to be able to give out more points to individual people, but I understand that’s a company decision and not something controlled by the program.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Giving recognition across a large company is really helpful.

  ### 4. Streamlines Recognition with Intuitive UI

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tommy R.

**Reviewed Date:** December 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I like how Kudos streamlines the process of rewards and recognition, allowing employees to choose rewards based on their recognition. The user interface is intuitive and easy to use. I find the metrics related to team performance in recognition and giving recognition very useful, as well as the data regarding birthdays and service anniversaries, which makes it easy to recognize employees. I enjoy seeing who on my team has been recognized and who is giving out recognition, and I like seeing which attributes were tagged with my team's recognition. The metrics help me remind people to leverage the Kudos platform. The initial setup was very straightforward, and we've got wide adoption across my team.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

nothing comes to mind.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kudos streamlines the rewards and recognition process, allowing employees to choose their rewards. It provides useful metrics on team recognition and helpful data on birthdays and service anniversaries, making employee acknowledgment easier.

  ### 5. Empowering Peer Recognition Made Easy

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Laken R. | Registered Nurse, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I like being able to directly thank my coworkers for their time without involving management. I use it all the time, and I try for at least two or three times a week.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

I dislike that my employer doesn't allow me to send points with the kudos. I would like every one of my thanks to my coworkers to come with at least some point that can equal a reward for their time and how great they are.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When I get a Kudos it makes me feel valued. This isn't something that is just being to told me second-hand. This is something someone is taking time out of their day to do for me. This means something.

  ### 6. Effortless Team Recognition, Needs Expanded Character Limit

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Craig E. C. | Senior Director, Program Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I appreciate that Kudos is simple and easy to use, and it doesn’t take long to operate. With a little amount of time investment, I can ensure that I recognize my team and employees effectively. The initial setup was very simple for me. It was just installed on the apps, and I was able to use it immediately.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

Sometimes it's not sufficient, especially when you're trying to get a point across about a team member's performance. For me, it's the 1,000-character limit. You need to increase that character limit so I can actually, truly recognize the team when it's appropriate.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Kudos to recognize my team, allowing for recognition across the organization in an equitable way that’s even for everybody.

  ### 7. Reward Points That Boost Recognition, Collaboration, and Teamwork

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I like the reward system the best. Allowing employees to hand out points that can be redeemed is a great perk to motivate them to recognize their co-workers. The point system also motivates employees to go above and beyond in their work; it fosters collaboration and teamwork.

It is also really convenient that platform uses a single sign on so there are no additional usernames or passwords to remember

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

I am not sure I can identify any significant downsides to the platform.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Kudos platform is building a company culture of collaboration, appreciation and teamwork. The employee base is more motivated to help their colleagues to earn a kudos and points.

  ### 8. A Fun Way to Shout Out Colleagues for Their Hard Work

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** May 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

getting to shout out my colleagues for their hard work!

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

nothing really! I would say make it easier to tag someone in messages maybe?

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

  ### 9. Empowers Remote Team Appreciation Seamlessly

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Environmental Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I like the ability to send different amounts to everyone in the organization. I appreciate sending gifts with a note or a gif, which makes it more personal and allows us to add memories or fun moments to the message. Kudos helps us as a remote-first company to give appreciation and tangible gifts to colleagues we don't see in the office, like replacing bringing your friend a coffee after a big deadline. I also like the prepaid visa option. The initial setup was super easy and user-friendly.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

I think the gift card options could be expanded. Maybe you could add a function where folks can send money redeemable for a certain gift they choose so more experiences could be added.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kudos helps us as a remote-first company to show appreciation and send tangible gifts to colleagues we don't see in the office, like replacing the gesture of bringing a friend coffee after a big deadline.

  ### 10. Exceptionally User-Friendly Platform with Seamless Experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Games | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I find Kudos to be a very user-friendly platform. I have never had any trouble getting started with Kudos on my own. Personally, I have not encountered any issues that required me to contact Customer Support, which I consider a positive sign. This simply means that I have not found any problems within the app.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

I find the redemption process on Kudos to be somewhat confusing at times. It took me a few tries before I felt comfortable using it. I also wish that points could be rounded up. For instance, I would like to be able to redeem a $200 gift card that costs around 780 points even if I only have 775 to 779 points. Aside from this, I think the platform is excellent.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I believe Kudos is an excellent tool for acknowledging employees' hard work. In addition to recognizing their efforts, it also rewards them, which, as an employee myself, I find highly motivating and encouraging to continue giving my best at work.

  ### 11. Great application. I like it.

**Reviewed Date:** December 20, 2021

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

Everything is just great.
There is a possibility to award colleagues with points at any time and reason during the month, and then they can use those points to exchange it for different available awards :)

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

There may be more types and options of awards/benefits

**Recommendations to others considering Kudos:**

There may be more types and options of awards/benefits

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I didn't have problems.

  ### 12. Easy Recognition for Unsung Team Contributions—Rewards Are a Nice Bonus

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alberto A. | Quality Assurance Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I enjoy how easy it is to shine a spotlight on team members contributions that aren't always seen. The chance to get rewards is a bonus!

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

I get notified when I receive a Kudo and can see others once I am at the actual site, but I wish that there was a way that my direct leader and team members could be notified as well.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kudos makes the success of collaboration visible which no other process in place currently allows for that.

  ### 13. Easy to Use, with a Handy Built-In GIF Search for Kudos

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I love the ease of use through access and the built in gif searcher when submitting Kudos. I usually receive my giftcards rather quick and havent had any issues claiming my rewards or saving them up

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

Theres no specific downsides maybe some bugs. While using the gif searcher and start typing you have to click in the box. If not it starts typing in the message itself.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I believe it could solve issues where maybe during work some agents or other employees dont feel as appreciated and Kudos takes that opportunity and also incentivizes employees to thank each one another. I also save up points and use them when needed in my own personal life.

  ### 14. Empowers Peer Appreciation with Ease

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jon Z.

**Reviewed Date:** December 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I use Kudos to thank and appreciate my coworkers, which offers me a way to reward them for their help to me throughout the year. Kudos makes it easy to identify how someone helps me out with their identifiers. I enjoy reading through my other coworkers' notes to hear how everything is going. The initial setup was very easy, my employer set everything up for me, and I just had to log in.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

Maybe the award collection with the points you receive could be a bit easier to understand. In terms of dollar amount to cash conversion. Each of the redeemable awards has a certain point amount to redeem separate from the amount you have in your account, I don't know if these are required minimums from the company, but if not they seem unimportant.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Kudos to thank and reward my coworkers for their help throughout the year, making it easy to identify and appreciate their contributions.

  ### 15. Good platform

**Reviewed by:** Avinesh K. | CSL, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

There is nothing that I dislike about Kudos. It is working well for me so far. Has the features and ability that I want to send a customised message. So, therefore, I do not have any issues with Kudos at this time.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AI message refining, also, saying thankyou to a workmate and they get points to redeem something for themselves. It is good to see someone who deserves being rewarded is being rewarded.

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I like that Kudos makes recognition simpler and meaningful. It helps foster appreciation across teams and also strengthens employee engagement. The initial setup was smooth.

The platform is very useful overall, but reporting analytics and customization options could be expanded to provide more flexibility and insights.

I use Kudos to recognize and appreciate my colleagues, simplifying and making recognition meaningful while fostering appreciation and strengthening employee engagement.

It's great that I can reach out to my coworkers whom I don't see often and thank them for their efforts and teamwork in delivering service to our clients. Kudos invented a wonderful platform for expressing gratitude towards employers and coworkers. They also fix password issues right away, and I appreciate the ease of setting up Kudos. I really like being able to thank my coworkers for their excellent service, and I would rate my likelihood to recommend Kudos as a 10.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jennifer G. | Senior Manager, Development Communications and Marketing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

Everyone in our organization has a monthly budget of Kudos points to distribute. It makes a big impact on how our team shows appreciation. I've never worked at an organization that uses this tool, and I consider it a huge benefit to working where I do. It’s quick and easy to send a note of thanks, and those little messages really add up. When one person shares kudos around a specific effort, it inspires others to do the same. It creates a ripple effect of gratitude. I think it's a big part of our organizational culture, where people feel seen and valued for both big wins and everyday efforts. It's especially important with people who work in operational roles, which might otherwise not be acknowledged. I've recommended it to others before, and I will continue to do so. It’s such an easy way to recognize each other and keep colleagues connected and motivated across departmental boundaries and functions.

I am hoping the administration also sees these messages, as mine are genuine and I would love to see those working hard and being kind recognized by admin. as well.
The extra bonus of gift cards and other items is also welcome.
The program is also easy to use and makes giving recognition quick and easy.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

I like the program. The only thing I dislike is that some staff use it with a group just to add points for more swag or gift cards. This is not a problem with the program, just a sad example of how some manipulate the program.
I also wish administration would use it more to show their appreciation for hard work. I know they get extra points to give, yet rarely use them.

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I like that Kudos rewards staff members with little notes of appreciation accompanied by small dollar amounts which they can save up and use for gift cards or virtual gift cards. It really allows people outside of departments to acknowledge and recognize staff members who go above and beyond. I also like the reporting feature that shows who the top senders and receivers of Kudos are, along with graphs that we can show our staff. **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Banking | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

What I like best about Kudos is the points we receive from other colleagues in recognition of the good work we do, which we can save and redeem and there are . It’s a tool that helps us motivate one another by thanking colleagues for any effort they’ve put in or tasks they’ve completed. Overall, it helps keep the culture alive and encourages people to stay engaged and appreciate the work we do.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

kudos should be made more visble in other frequently used applications, we do got notifcation but it should also be send close to end of the month so employees are reminded to use their points. More frequent notification on workdays as reminders.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kudos is solving a big problem that many organizations dont have and that is recognition for the good work we do through a messaging system, on the other hand these mesages are seen accross the company so you get more exposure on activities. So i have now more visibility on what we do and how colleagues are responding to each other.

  ### 47. Empowers Team Recognition, Easy and Engaging

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** deasia d.

**Reviewed Date:** December 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I like how Kudos allows us to send points and kudos to anyone within the company, which is great for public recognition. I also enjoy the ability to give out points that can be redeemed for items, PTO, and gift cards, as it provides a drive to use the app consistently and helps all of us feel seen and heard. The setup was easy pezzy.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

Maybe the amount of points that's given out and how much the items are based on the points could be better. I think a higher value of the points we give out, like more points per category, would improve it.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kudos helps me recognize anyone in the company through public recognition and motivates my team with points for redeeming items, PTO, and gift cards. It encourages app usage and makes everyone feel seen and heard.
