Easy to book interpreters, and they are good. The support team was pretty reactive when we had issues (and we had multiple time). Teams integration is not really great, for exemple you cannot switch to another tab without losing interpratation. No support for guest accounts. No support for powerpoint live. Kudo platform provides a platform for audio and video conferencing. Mainly it's feature, like live transcription and document sharing, makes it a perfect fit for interpreters to connect remotely. Also, the clarity of interpretation lacks a little. I did feel its setup was quite complicated.
