"Effortless Multilingual Meetings, Great Inclusivity"
What do you like best about KUDO?

I like how KUDO serves as a good translator, allowing participants to join and select their preferred language to follow meetings without any disruption. It's inclusive, making communication effortless and the meetings smooth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about KUDO?

The initial setup complexity of KUDO can be improved, and it has a dependency on internet quality, which could be challenging. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Underwhelming Experience, Limited Benefits"
What do you like best about KUDO?

I found the initial setup of KUDO quite easy, which was a relief and made it hassle-free to get started with the software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about KUDO?

I have not found KUDO to benefit my business so far, despite using it for a year. I've struggled to identify use cases where it can solve business problems effectively. I'm not inclined to purchase KUDO again, largely because it hasn't shown particular usefulness or unique features that stand out to me. The suggestion for improvement would be to make it an on-premises solution, which might better align with my business needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"KUDO is Very exceptional platform."
What do you like best about KUDO?

KUDO offers real-time interpretation and translation services for remote and in-person meetings, conferences, webinars, and other events. The platform supports over 100 languages and allows participants to communicate seamlessly in their preferred language. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about KUDO?

As with any video conferencing platform, connection quality and reliability can affect user experience. Additionally, KUDO requires a stable Internet connection, and users may experience lag or lag if their connection is slow or unstable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simultaneous interpretation of online meetings with excellent Team integration"
What do you like best about KUDO?

KUDO was one of the first companies to offer the ability to delivery simultaneous interpretation of online meetings. When we used them, they were the very first to be able to deliver this functionality via a MS Teams plugin. This allowed us to host a multi-language conference for people across the world, delivering simultaneous interpretation (of high quality) without having to use a for-interpreting specific platform as is usual with other similar solutions we have tried. The integration with MS Teams was the thing that won us over, and it was a good choice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about KUDO?

The pricing model is based on an amount of prepaid credits, which is kind of a barrier for entry into the service since you have to prepay several thousands of USD, while still not being certain if you're going to stick with using the service or end it after a few meetings. "My personal Experience with KUDO"
What do you like best about KUDO?

Kudo helps me to improve business growth. KUDO software is easy to use, and the user interface is average. This software helps to connect with people using social media platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about KUDO?

KUDO user interface is very average. I suggest improving their UI to be attractive. Suddenly I am using this tool's free version because of the high price. Hope Supporting team work on it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Doesn't care about small business"
What do you like best about KUDO?

Easy to book interpreters, and they are good.

The support team was pretty reactive when we had issues (and we had multiple time).

The sales team is reactive, although restrained by the company policies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about KUDO?

Teams integration is not really great, for exemple you cannot switch to another tab without losing interpratation. No support for guest accounts. No support for powerpoint live.

You must buy huge credits package every year, if you don't you lose your previous credits ! And since this year, the minimum package is 50h worth of credits. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Nice video-conferencing and collaboration platform in multiple languages"
What do you like best about KUDO?

Kudo platform provides a platform for audio and video conferencing. Mainly it's feature, like live transcription and document sharing, makes it a perfect fit for interpreters to connect remotely. And, also, being a cloud-based platform makes it efficient and super smooth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about KUDO?

The audio quality is not that good yet. Also, the clarity of interpretation lacks a little. I did feel its setup was quite complicated. Compared to video conferencing tools like Google Meet, Zoom, etc., it's tricky to use and sometimes requires technical support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Kudoway could improve connectivity and stability to ensure smooth and uninterrupted virtual meetings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
