I've faced across some situations where Omnibus generated false system alerts. Very good graphical interface for dashboards to use analytics. Good resource for support; we get support when we are stuck integrating SharePoint for content management. I'm using this in our organization for regular operations. **What do you dislike about Kovair Omnibus?** To implement the full product in an organization is a little bit difficult as everyone in management has different expectations. **What problems is Kovair Omnibus solving and how is that benefiting you?** No need to move or change tabs for incidents or change requests raised by users from ServiceNow to the development team. We have to operate from ServiceNow, and automation in Omnibus does the backend process to collaborate with the development and operations team in terms of exchanging and tracking issues. ### 3. I like its ability to integrate with different applications. It helps a lot to keep everything in sync without a lot of effort. Their dashboard is a huge plus! **What do you dislike about Kovair Omnibus?** The user interface can feel a little bit clunky at times especially for new users. The built in data validation adds to the list of things that u like the best. **What do you dislike about Kovair Omnibus?** The UI seems to be complicated for a new user and also the lack of tutorials available makes it somewhat difficult to learn. **What problems is Kovair Omnibus solving and how is that benefiting you?** I can now integrate all my tools used in the application development with ease. It helps in building a tightly integrated cloud ecosystem in the company. Configuration is relatively easy, but yeah, the learning curve is steeper than we thought. We can ultimately trace the activities in real-time, and that's the goal. **What do you dislike about Kovair Omnibus?** You won't understand it until you use it effectively in the company. Basic training is required.
