Kordis AI Reviews & Product Details

Kordis AI is the AI operations layer for hourly staffing, built in Canada for temp and hourly staffing agencies running 25 to 100 active workers in light industrial and warehouse, private-pay nursing and PSW, and banquets, events and hotels. It is built for one specific person: the agency owner who is still the one answering the phone at 4 a.m. when a worker doesn't show up. If that is your week - confirmation calls, re-typing the same worker into three systems, chasing a forklift certificate that expired last Tuesday, turning a client's timesheet spreadsheet into something payroll can actually use - Kordis AI does that work. WHAT IT DOES Applicant screening. Outbound phone screens with recorded transcripts and a composite score against a rubric you define per role. You read the score and skim the transcript instead of making twenty calls. Shift confirmation. Every booked worker gets an automated call or text ahead of the shift. You only hear about the ones who didn't reply. Auto-dispatch. Open shifts go out to your own bench ranked by reliability, rather than blasted to everyone at once. No-show coverage. When a worker doesn't arrive, replacement outreach starts from your existing roster before you have seen the message. The client sees a worker, not an apology. Credential tracking. Expiry dates for forklift classes, Smart Serve, Serving It Right and any credential you define, with renewal texts at 90 days, 2 weeks and 3 days, and a hard dispatch block on a lapse. Worker text line. A two-way SMS number that handles routine worker questions. The ones that genuinely need you still reach you. Payroll preparation. Client timesheets in, payroll-ready export out, matched worker by worker. No name gets entered twice. WHAT IT DOES NOT DO Kordis AI is not a system of record and does not try to become one. Keep your accountant. Keep QuickBooks. Keep your payroll provider. Keep the client relationships you built. Kordis AI is the operations layer around the tools you already run, not a rip-and-replace. JURISDICTION AND APPROVAL Ontario, British Columbia and Alberta employment rules are enforced in software rather than left to memory: permitted calling windows, statutory holiday premiums and overtime thresholds are computed per province from the shift date. Statutory pay and overtime are calculated deterministically from scheduled hours and rates, never generated by a language model. Every action that touches money or contacts a person is staged for the owner's explicit approval before it executes. Nothing calls a worker or books an hour without you tapping yes. PRICING Flat CA$499 per month for up to 100 active workers, with a CA$249 founding rate for the first three months. Two-week free trial
