Applicant screening. Outbound phone screens with recorded transcripts and a composite score against a rubric you define per role. You read the score and skim the transcript instead of making twenty calls.
Shift confirmation. Every booked worker gets an automated call or text ahead of the shift. You only hear about the ones who didn't reply.
Auto-dispatch. Open shifts go out to your own bench ranked by reliability, rather than blasted to everyone at once.
No-show coverage. When a worker doesn't arrive, replacement outreach starts from your existing roster before you have seen the message. The client sees a worker, not an apology.
Credential tracking. Expiry dates for forklift classes, Smart Serve, Serving It Right and any credential you define, with renewal texts at 90 days, 2 weeks and 3 days, and a hard dispatch block on a lapse.

JURISDICTION AND APPROVAL
Ontario, British Columbia and Alberta employment rules are enforced in software rather than left to memory: permitted calling windows, statutory holiday premiums and overtime thresholds are computed per province from the shift date. Statutory pay and overtime are calculated deterministically from scheduled hours and rates, never generated by a language model.
Every action that touches money or contacts a person is staged for the owner's explicit approval before it executes. Nothing calls a worker or books an hour without you tapping yes.
