Koordex Reviews & Product Details

Koordex is an AI orchestration platform that sits on top of existing ERP, CRM, and operational systems. Instead of replacing core infrastructure, Koordex pulls data from those sources, runs AI-powered workflows, and surfaces actions across teams and processes. The product is designed for mid-enterprise teams in regulated industries where ripping out the existing system stack is not an option. Finance, manufacturing, retail, e-commerce, and capital markets organizations use Koordex to layer AI orchestration on top of Logo, Mikro, Netsis, SAP, and other established platforms. What Koordex does: - Pulls data from ERP, CRM, email, and operational systems - Detects anomalies and outlier patterns in real time - Automates approval workflows and notification flows - Surfaces insights and recommended actions for operations teams - Reduces manual reconciliation work by 3 to 5 hours per day per role - Flags compliance and audit issues before they reach production Deployment options: Koordex supports on-premise, hybrid, and private cloud deployment. This is built specifically for organizations that cannot move sensitive data to public SaaS environments because of KVKK, BDDK, SPK, or sector-specific compliance requirements. Most teams go from kickoff to production within two weeks. What sets Koordex apart: Most AI products in the workflow automation category are either too horizontal to fit regulated industries or require replacing core ERP and CRM systems. Koordex sits on top of what is already in place and creates value without disruption. The platform is built by Internative, a technology company focused on product development, with deep experience in enterprise software, AI integration, and regulated-industry deployment. Koordex is in active production with customers across capital markets, manufacturing, retail, and digital platforms in Turkey, with international rollouts planned. Teams use it to consolidate operations data, automate manual workflow steps, and create governance over AI actions in a way that compliance teams can audit.
