**What do you like best about kookdokoo?**

Kookdokoo serves as a messenger to different groups of my company and implies efficient cooperation in the process of completing projects. It facilitates the arrangement of communication channels where it is possible to tailor them for the various offices.

**What do you dislike about kookdokoo?**

I felt that managing user permissions of Kookdokoo has been a bit challenging to handle. Difficulty is experienced in assigning appropriate fine-grained rights to individuals or even specific units.

**What problems is kookdokoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kookdokoo has also effectively enhanced communication between the different departments within the company. It also helps to reduce number of communicational utilized applications and makes work environment to be more united.

I like Kookdokoo's versatility. It serves as the central tool of communication within my company, thus enabling different groups and departments to communicate fluidly.

About the mobile notifications for Kookdokoo, I have had some issues with it; it sometimes sends the message promptly while in other occasions there is a delay or no message at all.

**What problems is kookdokoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kookdokoo has minimized the use of email as a mode of communication within the organization. This has helped to reduce lengthy email conversations as well as make sure that all the members are in agreement.
