I really like the mapping field feature. It replaced Zapier! Simple, easy to use, and user-friendly. Im able to map the data with ease opposed to not having much control. The biggest thing that makes me love this application is its very intuitive working interface. With a drag-and-drop connection interface of components and parameters between points makes the job easy and helps me master my flow diagram, even when there are many connection points, it still easy to see. What do you dislike about KonnectzIT? Integration of other applications is not deep. Unable to group connections by campaign, difficult to manage and categorize connections. Recommendations to others considering KonnectzIT: KonnectZit has a completely public user support community, join and connect with the founders to learn more details, register for a trial to experience this application. I use Webhook in Konnectzit as a channel to collect data from Sales Pages (Ecommerce) and Landing Pages or Chatbots to process and interact with Customers. Konnectzit has an excellent feedback/suggestion site where users make a ton of requests, and I think they end up following up on every request. The onboarding webinar was great too.
