I like that Kombo standardizes the data from different ATS systems, which makes it easier to provide better analytics to our customers. This standardization of data, terminology, and cleanliness is a big plus for me because it allows us to add new data points easily, like cost per hire, without having to manually integrate with each ATS. Kombo is only able to operate within the realm of what the ATS allows it to do. Some ATSs, like Paycom, have limitations in what they can do regardless of who connects to them. It would be great to have an easy-to-find and search mechanism within Kombo to really understand what these limitations are for different ATSs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
