Enrolling them in the workflow is a simple toggle next to the clients or invoices. **What do you dislike about Kolleno?** I would like to be able to enrol in bulk, as otherwise it takes a long time to manually enrol one by one. I spent yesterday 15 minutes enrolling manually. **What problems is Kolleno solving and how is that benefiting you?** What hit me after only a few weeks of using Kolleno was definitely the time saved without having to worry much about being constantly sending out reminders or emails to my overdue clients. ### 2. The advanced workflow builder is great. **What do you dislike about Kolleno?** Endless options available with the workflow builder with strategies - would be great to combine this with our in house CRM for triggers. **What problems is Kolleno solving and how is that benefiting you?** I used to spend 5 hours a day doing collections, calling clients, sending emails etc. This was a bit boring and not an efficient use of my time. I now only spend 20 mins a day checking in as Kolleno has handled the rest. This has allowed me to focus on the rest of the finance arm of our business as collections have been taken care of. ### 5. The next step was meeting with their support team and we built the collection strategy to automate communications. The workflow was running for a while and after a few weeks I saw an increase in my monthly cash flow (I personally keep track of this so noticed the difference **What do you dislike about Kolleno?** Sometimes the connectivity is slow, but don’t know if it’s my issue or theirs. I already raised this with support. **What problems is Kolleno solving and how is that benefiting you?** It mainly helps with saving time, although I still need to review my to do list, its generally just replying to some customers with specific doubts. The interface is really easy to handle, we can see that it has been done with care **What do you dislike about Kolleno?** I wish for the payment portal to allow payment of Alipay for my overseas clients.
